On this 2018 Christmas Holidays, we are exploring the West Palm Beach area. We found this Japanese Restaurant on Google, which the rating is pretty good. So we want to try them out.
The atmosphere was pretty nice and clean. The service was very friendly. We ordered some appetizers, sushi, some rolls, and some tempura.
We ordered the Salmon Kama for Appetizer. It was looking pretty nice until we start eating it. Salmon Kama is usually grill, but they fried it instead. You can tell they fried, because it was oily and dry. That was disappointing!
The Salmon Skin roll was also too dry and oily. The Tempura batter was too thick. The worst part was that we ordered the Uni sushi, which they stated on the menu for $4.50 per piece. However, we got the bill and they charged $7.00 per piece. So we asked the waitress about it, and she said that Uni went up to $7.00 a week ago. We said how come you guys didn’t change your menu price, and how come you didn’t tell us when we placed the order. That should not happened! What happened if the customer ordered 10 pieces, then it will be a $25.00 difference. The waitress did apologize about the situation. That is still Bad Management! We will not go back again. We will not recommend others either.
We are giving them 3.5...

The décor whispered “futuristic,” the menu sang promises of culinary bliss, but what arrived on our plates… oh, friends, it was a betrayal. Within the hour, one of my beloved relatives was hurling into the abyss, another clutched their stomach like a Shakespearean actor dying on stage, while a third stared at the ceiling mumbling about feeling “strangely high.” And then came the final blow: a catastrophic gastrointestinal uprising swept through the place, driving diners to the bathrooms like a panicked stampede.
When I finally ventured near, the scene looked like a disaster zone. Doors swung, toilets overflowed, and the walls bore evidence of the chaos in a way no health inspector could ever unsee. I sat there pale and rigid, refusing to give the establishment the satisfaction of seeing me break; I didn’t use their restroom, clinging to my dignity until we escaped.
This was not just dinner; this was a trial of the soul. The forks felt like weapons, the napkins like surrender flags. I can never forget. I can only warn.
Eat here if you dare — but know that you may not...

My friend and I were excited to try this sushi spot, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. Instead, we walked away feeling confused, frustrated, and frankly—gaslit. We were served a hand roll we did not order, and when we politely pointed it out, the waitress insisted we had ordered it. We hadn’t. We both clearly remembered what we asked for, and this was not it.
Rather than acknowledging a simple mistake or even offering a gesture of understanding, the waitress doubled down and made us pay for the item. We weren’t looking for a freebie—we just wanted to be heard and treated fairly. It’s really unsettling when a service interaction makes you question your own memory, especially when you know you’re right.
This experience wasn’t just about a wrong roll. It was about how we were treated. We left feeling unheard and dismissed, which completely soured what was supposed to be a fun night out.
I never enjoy writing negative reviews, but people deserve to know. We won’t be coming back—and we hope management reconsiders how customer concerns are handled...
