Wendy's — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Was absolutely horrible we place our order at drive-thru. This was Feb.15,2021.Paid for it with credit card. Told my husband to stop and let me check order before we leave good thing i did it was all wrong. Went back threw drive-thru told the girl this is almost all wrong. Husband tried to explain to her she was not getting it. So i was in the back seat i moved over and took over. I then had two women to deal with. Ordered 1 apple pecan salad, 2 chili, 1doble decker with catsup and onion, 1 double decker with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and mayo, 2 chocolate frosty 1 large and 1 small. We got 2 salads burgers were wrong. Like to never got these 2 to understand they did it wrong. So i want the Manger she came over and i told her what they did. Had to show her my paper how i wrote down the order and my husband read it off to them. That took for ever to get her to understand too. Finally she took one salad back and one burger and gave me another burger and gave me the money differents. I will tell you i will never go back there again those 2 girls don't need a job working there if they can't do their jobs. Horrible...

The food tasted more healthy and homemade than any other fast food restaurant I have eaten the same meal at. The service was a bit excessive on the slow side, polite staff however. Atmosphere was just general, looks like they could spruce it up a couple of notches, however I recommend the food, the home fries were real home fries. Fresh tasting food, but no lids for certain soda sizes so I had to get my refill and pour it in my other cup once I left , not to break policy or get extra, I got exactly what I was allowed. I had to pour it because they had no lids stocked and my ride requires one or I must discard my drink. Which I didn't want to lose. The biggest pro is good quality of food biggest con is employees seem to take a lot of time on simple tasks, causing a backup that shouldn't happen during a slow period. Also lack of stocking items is a issue that should be addressed. All around I would recommend this Wendy's overall. The good absolutely outweighs the bad with...

The manager Florence (only know because someone else had to tell me her name) just in case that’s not her name she is the black skin tone female woth I believe red hair was super rude because I was asking a question about getting the buy one one get one free chicken sandwich and she kept saying ‘I don’t know the app’ and when I asked if I was going to get it since it’s on my receipt and she got more frustrated and raised her voice. I very politely told her that no one is raising there voice so I don’t know why she is. Then I asked for her name and she knew she was wrong so she ignored me after the 3-4th time me asking she says ‘I don’t have to give you anything’ very rude.
