This was a great place . I've been coming to this place for 3 years now and the food is great and so is the staff . A very welcoming place and the people who worked here are so nice . All but one... I'm a frequent customer and for about two months one of the waitress has a really bad attitude problem. If I knew her name I would post it. She's the only one that doesn't have dark black/brown hair and has a wide face. Every time I order I notice she purposely messes up my order. I understand that she's not the one who makes it but I'm convinced she doesn't tell the cooks how to make it either . I order the golden delight. I asked to substitute the strawberries with blue berries and to add ground up pretzels because big chunks hurt my teeth. The first time I ordered this (from another waitress) it originally came with a mix of ground up and chunks of pretzels . When I ask another waitress to only put ground up it was never a problem. For some reason this particular waitress gives me an attitude when I ask and it comes out with ONLY Big chunks. Not ground at all. My husband even said he saw her put big chunks on the top of my plate. On top of that. I have a toddler , and you know toddlers there complicated. My kid wont allow me to cut up her food because " I'm ruining it" so I asked this particular waitress for the first time if it can come out already cut and she said "you want me... to cut it up... for you.." with unnecessary attitude . The second time I came and ask. I told my husband to ask and she was all jolly to say "yeah sure" but the third visit I asked and she looked at me with attitude again and said " I'll see if I can do that.." I don't understand why this woman has so much attitude towards me. And from these reviews , all the one star reviews is about a women with attitude and I'm pretty sure it's this women who I'm talking about . Because everyone else is extremely nice ! And very respectful but not this waitress. I'm upset that I will not be returning here no more because I'm always stuck having this waitress that will forever mess up my order. Oh and before I forget , my husband and i ordered the same caramel latte that this waitress made , she came and specifically gave me my cup which had little to no whip cream plus it was a dirty cup because I can see something pink in the inside of my cup, and my husband had a great amount of whip cream with a clean cup. This women should not work in this place with her poor attitude and...
Read moreI went yesterday morning at around 10:30am and was sat by a great waitress there who was overworked truly, with only her to cater all the tables in and outside. My wife and I waited over an hour to get our food from the moment we sat in our chairs to order. We both ordered Philly Cheesesteak crepes and they didn't have steak ready..They said that they were "cooking" the steak almost 30 minutes after we had already ordered. While my wife and I were kind of irritated that they hadn't started our food and had already had people come after us, eat, pay and leave before we even received our meals, I told my wife let's just give them the benefit of the doubt that it's just crazy. Literally not a minute after I said that, they whip out steak meat onto the griddles RIGHT IN FRONT OF US and start cooking the meat, now over 45 minutes since we sat down. My wife looked at me and we almost left but I told her that the food is obviously being made and I would feel bad wasting the food. The waitress comes and politely asks us if we wanted anything on the drink menu free of charge, we kindly declined saying we were fine with the smoothies we bought when we ordered our food, and I just commented that it's crazy how long it's taking that it's been like an hour and a half (it was only an hour, in truth) and we just wanted our food and then the female chef literally rudely speaking loud enough for all the patrons to hear, " The ticket shows only 38 minutes, whats their problem, stop lying." They are not accounting the 15+ minutes it took just to get our drink order, wait 5-10 minutes for that to come, then order our food and then wait 45 minutes for the food to come out. So honestly, it may actually have taken close to an hour and a half to get our food and promptly leave after paying for the full bill plus tip and the whole place had already cleared out and new people came in and left again by the time we finished. I will say I wouldn't even have wasted my time making this lengthy review if it wasn't for the female chef with the tattoo sleeve to trash talk us loud enough for everyone to hear. We left an 18% tip for the waitress because of her kindness and even apologized for how we were treated. Both my wife and I deal with the retail world and understand that it can be crazy, but this, this was disrespectful and unnecessary.
P.S. We left at 12:15pm,...
Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service I received today. My sister & I came in about 30 minuets before the store closed & the entire time the store owner was making ignorant remarks about us. She was in the back loudly telling her employees that they were closing soon & other things such as that. This woman even had an employee come up to us & ask if we were going to order anything else as a means to rush us. At one point she asked an employee how many people were left & the employee said “Just those two girls.” To which she replied, “They’re still f*ing eating?” After my sister & I finished our food & baring the endless commentary I asked to speak to her. I told her that she was being very unprofessional to paying customers, to which she started getting quite sarcastic & at one point said, “So what are going to put on social media?” I was just trying to talk. She said that she was having a bad day & I explained that in working in any establishment you must separate your personal issues from that at work. After that she started repeatedly telling me that I could just leave. The bickering went on as I did not feel I was being treated properly as a customer. I didn’t even get the idea to write a review until she mentioned it, so if you’re reading this, thank you. I do hope next time you learn what it means to be professional rather than talking behind the backs of your...
