I went in for an interview which was scheduled at 11:00 am and when I walked in they are talking in the back didn’t even acknowledge me, didn’t greet me then and welcome me anything that’s just poor customer service I had to get their attention, and they told me they will be right with me, I was literally the only person in the store, so it wasn’t like they are busy, but he proceeded to walk away and not help me at all which was very unprofessional and rude made me feel very uncomfortable, and then they told me that the hiring manager won’t be in until 12 o’clock which again was very unprofessional and unacceptable because they are the ones that scheduled my interview and then tell me I have to wait an hour, so I ask for the GM number, so I could give him a call and see why am I waiting an hour when I was ontime actually early, and he told me that he had something going on with another employee, and he’s not sure why the manager in the store didn’t just do my interview for me, so he told me to go back in the store and the manager on site will do my interview I went back in again not one employee say Goodmorning welcome to Arby’s nothing I’m just standing there waiting very uncomfortable at this point and the guy behind the counter told me to grab one of the paper applications which I told him I already filled out one, but I guess this is their process, but he tells me he will be right with me ok I go to fill out my application sitting at the table he comes over a short time later, and I applied for the store manager position that’s what it says in the email and the confirmation text messages I received he tells me that they are looking for any manager at this time I drove 45 minutes to get here just to have to go through all this and get told that I basically wasted my time this is just so frustrating because gas isn’t cheap, and I filled out the application and if they aren’t hiring for the position I applied for then why schedule me for an interview for it is just didn’t make sense the management team needs to be retained on how to handle situations like this in the future because this isn’t how you run a business something needs to be...

Bull gave me off one Saturday then change the schedule the Friday before without telling me and tried to yell at me saying he never changed it. Luckily I had a picture of the old schedule and when I sent it to him he left me on read like a tool. They also weigh out the fries on an electric scale instead of just filling up the d* cup trying to save every penny they can. They always forget to put sauce in your bag but they put an ounce of melted cheese on your sandwich so it's nice and soggy for you. Read moreThey call your name when your food is up. When it's loud inside and/or they are not loud enough, your food is barely warm by the time they FINALLY yell your name and you hear it. Not to mention the bad attitude we got when we finally heard our name called. I called the person out on it since it was not acceptable when she said to another worker "I only called your name three times" in a condescending manner. She didn't know I heard her or her tone. That tells you I have good hearing and she wasn't loud calling our name when order was ready.
