The lobby wasn't open even to pick up on line orders. The line for the drive through was wrapped around Chili's restaurant which is right next door, and almost to the bank which is next to the Chili's. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous.The total wait time to pick up my mobile order was 39 minutes. When we got to the order station there was a sign saying they close at noon today. So my husband and I drove along the line of cars waiting telling everyone they close at noon to give everyone a heads up considering it was already noon. I would suggest an option to cancel your order on the app, because I would have canceled my order and went elsewhere. I called the store to ask about curbside pickup or just coming in to pick up my mobile order and was told no they don't offer that. The lady that answered stated it was because they "can't find good help." While sitting in line I observed a member of the staff bring an order out to a car sitting in the parking lot. I am not sure of the circumstances of that particular order, however it does not look good considering I just called and was told they don't offer that service. I myself have worked in customer service previously for many years and a simple "sorry for the long wait" would have been nice to hear. Read moreOrdered through the app this morning. Just an XL coffee as I do atleast 12 times a month throughout the country. Most Dunkins do a very good job! Not this one. As I grabbed my coffee, I noticed the cup was dirty. Okay, no biggie. But it’s not coffee stains, so not sure what it is. Perhaps coffee grounds from the employees hands or something? Not sure, but it’s dirty. I always check the coffee to make sure they didn’t forget the cream (it’s happened). I noticed black specs in the coffee. So I started documenting these things as I suspect there will be grounds in the bottom of the cup. These black specs were also on the inside of the lid and the exterior of the lid was dirty. I wipe it all off, but through the lid away as soon as I reach my vehicle. I had contemplated returning it since I was sure it had grounds in it, but hate to be “that guy”, so I decided I would just be careful while drinking. Once the coffee is consumed, it is just as suspected. A mouthful of coffee grounds in the bottom. This is the result of poor training or employees lacking attention to detail or care. Read moreLocation is good , small in size and about 15 people seating capacity , no outdoor seating capacity and no shades around the building. The time I went on weekend around 11:30 am , drive through line was about 20 cars , so we stopped inside the store to get a coffee and breakfast. Ordering was quick , but the membership or barcode scanner is out of order so had to pay through credit card (bummer , I had some amount in Dunkin app). Staff at pos was friendly but we had to wait for getting a coffee was aweful. We got our egg/cheese croissant in about 2 min. But the egg was undercooked , cheese was not cooked and it is like a cheese came out of freezer, croissant was cold . We ate what we got but after we finished we had to wait for about 15 min to get our coffee, it was kept in drive through window and we were waited without been checked. We saw later people were getting there stuff and left the place . Once checked I was been served the coffee(a lady took it from the window and gave it to us).
