This store was miserably run. Only one employee seemed to be intent on doing her job properly. Although one person in the back may also have been doing his. The manager even snapped at him for "filling orders too soon." Also, they could not keep their alarms under control. At all times there were two or three loud beeping noises. This was so loud that I got a headache. I informed the manager of this and she sighed and turned off the alarms. By the time I returned to my table, they were back on and remained on for the rest of the time we were there. This headache became so severe that I very nearly threw up. When I informed the cashier about this and requested a refund for my meal (not those of the people with me, as they were not as badly affected by the noise) she said that they could not refund my food without getting it back. I informed them that the only way that could happen was if I did, in fact, throw up. Which I did not want to do. The response was "oh well, we need it". I decided to just get the owners contact information and go through him. But, I stopped in the bathroom before leaving and found there was no toilet paper. Luckily I had a napkin with me. When I got out, one of my companions informed me that there was no paper in the men's room either and there was a mystery liquid on the floor of the men's room that seemed to be leaking from the urinal and pooling on the floor. He described it as worse than a porta potty.
Additionally, while I was waiting to get the contact information for the owner, there were two women waiting (for well over 10 minutes) for their orders. One woman ordered only two apple pies, which were within sight of the order pick up area, but no one made an effort to fill her order. The other got her order, but not the cup of water for her child who was beginning to cry. She asked several times and finally got the water, but not before the manager sighed dramatically again.
This store needs a severe lesson in customer service. From the basics, such as at least inquiring what people need, through prompt order delivery, (pies that are easily seen should be just as easy to deliver), to store hygiene (toilet paper) and to treating customers as a valuable resource instead of sighing at them like they are getting in the way...
Read moreThe food is what you would expect from a McDonald's. However, a member of our party has a severe allergy to peanuts, tree nuts, and peanut oil. While thankfully there was a sighn informing us that that individual would not be able to eat a portion of the menu; the employee that we asked prior to finding the sighn informed us that there would be no risk to our member. While I wholeheartedly understand wanting to give an answer, I still feel that a manager should of been asked if they were not sure as if we hadn't found a sighn while ordering at the kiosk that could of requires the child have effernefrim wich could be damaging at his age. I don't think this is out of a malice, but I do think it's important to still rate based on this potentially dangerous service. The speed of service for the food to the counter was very quick, but it was hard to get an individual to respond to us when we were asking about the peanuts and their seemed to be a language barrier with the POS individual. I do not count that against the restraunt as there is no legally dedicated language in the USA. I do feel it should be pointed out in an honest review so that others know they may have a slightly longer time to service as no fault of the counter position if it's needed. Overall, outside of situations such as my groups, I think this mcdonalds would be closer to a model store on the front end with a clean lobby, tables,...
Read moreWe went up to the counter, waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order - no one came to help us so we ordered on the kiosk. 20 minutes later, we’re waiting for our food with a couple other families waiting too, and my husband notices some food on a tray just waiting (on the lower counter behind the “ready to go” counter) but no one has called it out so we assume they’re still working on it. A few minutes later of no one touching the tray he asks if it’s ready and they say “oh yeah it’s ready.” He takes it back to our table and it’s cold. I go up and ask for new food, and they make us new food but are audibly complaining the whole time and said my husband should have asked earlier if it was his food (I thought they were supposed to call out a number? And the food wasn’t on the “ready” station it was on the lower counter behind it). We got our new food, but they made my husband a frappe instead of iced coffee and I never got the drink I ordered. We asked for our drinks, and they asked for our receipt but we didn’t have it because they took our receipt to redo our order but never gave it back. Finally, they made us new...
