Worst customer service ever! We placed an online order and when we pulled up they asked us to pull up to wait. We told them we would rather wait at the window because the last time we were there they forgot about us and never brought our food out (there was no one behind us) the woman gave us an attitude and yelled “really?! Whatever!” And slams the window closed. Then she hands us a bag and our drinks and tells us everything is there so we drove away, down the street as I checked the bag I realize three 4pc nuggets are missing. So we turned around told the people at the window and the woman argues with us and calls the general manager. The general manager shows up and starts yelling at my husband telling him he’s being hostile and tells him to get out of the car like he wants to fight him. My husband stayed in the car and as this manager is yelling at him saying that he has something in his trunk for him because he legally carries. He kept emphasizing this and repeatedly tells us he’s legally carrying while reaching towards his vehicle (mind you we have our two toddlers in the backseat!) he also is telling us we should be scared of him and he doesn’t drive around “white neighborhoods” (I’m not sure what this has to do with us not getting chicken nuggets…) then other employees start jumping out of the drive through window! Finally I was able to explain to him the entire situation and he told them to get us our food and that he will talk to his staff about how unprofessional this experience was, except the most unprofessional part of the experience was him and the issues he was creating. I still cannot believe how this whole situation happened. I’ve never been treated so terribly and even threatened especially just trying to get a quick dinner for our family. Read moreWent down to one star. Drive thru. The lead person/Mgr on duty working the drive thru. Had issues. Sign pointed to drive to 2nd window after putting in order. Nobody in front of me. I drive to get my order the lead says to drive back to 1st window even though sign pointed to drive and pay at first window. I went to window ' Too fast'.. Not driving,the order I put it wasn't ready I guess and that particular Wendy s wants cars to wait by first window until cleared by the front to go pick up order. There was no cashier at first window to hold car until order ready. It s a petty thing but still very annoying. Some fast food places are like that they enforce ridiculous rules. This mgr/ lead is pushy not just to customers but to employees. With that job it's rush job so I can understand but there was no cause to send me back when nobody at first window and mainly because order was not ready. " I want to window too fast" he says. So stupid.Will go to Wendy s on Park Street next time. More people there on the ball and common sense. This lead / Mgr micromanage. Not just to employees but to customers as well. No call for it. Read moreI pulled up. Someone said just a minute with a negative tone. A girl comes to then say okay. As I start, I get cut off to be then told to wait again. Rude requests and remarks. Non apologetic and unprofessional. I then ordered. I paid. Got told to pull up when I am the isolated customer. Noone in sight. I sat there for 15 minutes. Drove around and still no other customer and went to window and yelled to get attention. After another 5 minutes, someone came. I remarked I still dont have my food and want refund. I was told food was given away to another customer. There was no customer as I sat directly by their payment and receipt of food window. I was told manager would do refund. They said they dont know what I ordered. AFFIRMING the fact that an order was given and was clearly not noted and the time I spent sitting there was probably every incompetent individual huddled together to find out what did I order. Really? 1 customer. 1 order. How hard is your job? Manager adds insult to injury to say I will have to come back later to get my money. I demanded my refund. I was no longer going to buy food from an establishment with questionable customer service and deer in the headlights look for how to do a refund.
