Horrible service here! Don't expect to get your order correct in drive thru. The ladies here are rude, arrogant & extremely nasty to customers & have a really bad attitude. The manager is also a joke & needs to be retrained on customer service! I am not surprised this BK only got 3 stars, I can see why. I'm surprised it wasn't less. This is my 1st time coming here & it will also be my last. Absolutely worst restaurant ever. I don't know how these employees even have a job here. I'm sure they've received multiple complaints. The woman from drive thru actually laughed in my face after making a mistake with my order & the manager laughed also. No apologies given. I don't think this is how you're supposed to treat paying customers. I'm amazed at the disrespectful behavior of this staff. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. I also plan to file a complaint with corporate. You won't last long if you keep up with that demeanor! Inside of the restaurant was very dirty & in desperate need of cleaning. Very unimpressed. If you're in West Springfield, I highly suggest going someplace else, anywhere but here for food! Huge disappointment. Never again. I'm glad they had a survey on my receipt, I was certainly pleased to inform BK of my horrible experience here. Do not waste your time or money please. I’ve given this Burger King multiple chances because it’s the closest to my home, but I’ve been disappointed every time. The wait times are always excessive, no matter how simple the order. I’ve had to wait over 13 minutes on multiple occasions, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food.
The food quality is also noticeably worse than other Burger King locations, especially the one in Springfield, which serves fresh and well-prepared meals. Here, the food often tastes stale or poorly made.
On top of that, the staff’s attitude is unprofessional—I’ve noticed they can be rude, and at times, I’ve even felt a hint of racism in how they treat certain customers. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have no other choice. I really hope management takes action to improve service, food quality, and staff...

My daughter went to drive Thru and when asked for a sandwich another lady jumped on the intercom saying we don't have the ingredients to make that right now but in a really rude and nasty tone. So my daughter decided not to order anything and drive off. You will NOT get our service with that type of attitude. As she drove off the African women was outside talking to someone in a car with her head set on and looks at my daughter while she drives away and says Bye B!#@h.
