I am not one to usually leave negative reviews, but I had a really bad experience recently visiting this location. I ordered 2 hot "giant" subs and a brownie. Total with tip came shy of $50. So basically $20-$25 per sandwich. At that price Im expecting a pretty nice size sub. What I received were two subs that were slightly larger than a footlong at subway with maybe 1/2-3/4 cup of meat in each sandwich. Not to mention I waited roughly 10-15 minutes for them to get made. It looked like there were some new people there so I can understand the wait, but the price for this order combined with the laughable portions is just unnaceptable. I was already home when I opened them up and noticed this, called there and was told that the order was made correct. If that is true than these subs are outrageously priced. I have no problem paying $25 for an actual giant sub but even my wife finished her whole sub in one sitting. Needless to say im pretty sure they messed up the portions. Also, nothing about these subs seemed unique or better than their competition. Sorry guys I will never be back if this is how you operate...
Read moreThe last couple times I’ve ordered online, the wait has been much longer than the 15 min it says on the app. The food is good and the employees are friendly but the wait has been getting longer and longer. I showed up 20 min after I ordered tonight and when I arrived, my sandwich hadn’t even been started on. If they’re just going to make my sandwich after I get there, why bother using the app? Food is tasty but the timing needs work. I wrote up this review in store while waiting for my sub (30 min after ordering via the app).
Update: I ended up getting my sandwich 38min after ordering (the app said approx 15min). When I got home, I discovered that they didn’t even give me the correct sandwich. It was a rough one today, hopefully they can get that...

Last month we ordered two subs (online via the app) that were prepared incorrectly. My club was missing mayo, bacon and the requested add on pickles; these three items were added instead on my husband's Italian sandwich. It wasn't a huge deal-- I get it, I've worked in the service industry, it happens. That being said, they were definitely not the sandwiches we ordered and we were both a little disappointed.
