Panda Express — Restaurant in West St. Paul

I came to dine at panda express today after dropping someone off at the airport port. When I arrived I was instantly greeted by Ahmad, who was working on the line. He was very polite, respectful, and really knew his stuff! Not only did he help me decide what I wanted, but he also was very generous with equal amounts of portions of everything! (I ordered sweetfire chicken) Everything was super hot and fresh! It was so neatly placed on my plate that it looked like something you would see in a commercial to get you to come in and buy it! The food tasted so amazing that when I finished dining in, I decided I was going to order 2 more bigger plates to go with a large side of chow mein! Second time around Ahmed and Dolores both helped with my togo order! Dolores was nothing short of Ahmed when it came to their skills that pay the bills! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE IVE SEEN IN A LOOOONG TIME! Aside from the service the way they treat their customers and just their energy brightened the place to the max! AMAZING STAFF, SERIOUSLY! Fast, efficient, generous, kind, impressive 2 hard working individuals (props to the cooks as well for serving fresh hot food consistently!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant! The food was beyond my expectations, the staff blew me away with service and their speed, and honestly, they deserve a raise. 2 great employees I got to meet today and their small acts of kindness has made me a big fan of Panda Express and how they do business. I live an hour and 30 minutes away and I will be revisiting this store every time I make my way to the cities now! For all you people complaining about the amount of food or the portion size and the price you've got to be out of your mind that is the exact opposite at Panda Express you get so much more food for a cheaper price than anywhere. Try going to Leeann Chins once and then look at your receipt guaranteed it would be double what it is at Panda and for half the amount of food. Quit your whining! At any place I've ever eaten I have never had better service from the employees at this Panda express. Not only is the food always perfect no matter how busy it is, but everybody is always so very kind and compassionate to their customers. There's never solid faces there's never workers that make you think that you did something wrong by coming in and getting their food it just seems like they really like their jobs. Especially this Panda Express out of any one I've been to kudos to every single person that works here including management overall not only unbelievable but that's why I keep coming back and I will travel 30 to 50 miles to go to this one and this one only. Thank you to all the employees at this Panda Express location for being such awesome people through...

I strongly discourage anyone from spending their hard earned money here especially if you are picking up and not seeing it made.

I watched in total confusion as the slowest person in all of food service history attempted to make my food and several to go orders using his best 3 cup and ball trick; constantly moving around the boxes putting whatever entrees he felt like. While also stopping in between to refill entrees which still had enough to fulfill the orders thus contributing to the slowness and ineptitude. The togo tickets were no longer with the correct boxes creating a total disaster to be honest. I asked to see the inside of "my" box and with no surprise it was all wrong and most likely meaning that other togo boxes were wrong which wouldnt be discovered until after pickup.

Truly remarkable the incompetence at this location and this isnt the first issue i have had and have seen others have issues as well. The restaurant was slow with only myself ordering and a few togo orders. No reason to...
