Rocco's Pizza — Restaurant in West St. Paul

I ordered two pizzas. My daughter ordered first and they told her that hers would be $21 and then she put me on the phone and I ordered and they told me how much mine would be. when they came to the door to deliver it they only had one pizza, so when I called to talk with someone. they said oh the person must’ve misheard you I said OK. can we get please get the other pizza that we ordered? he was like yeah we’ll get it out I said, are you guys going to compensate us because we’re gonna have to wait another 45 minutes for the other pizza and that’s an hour and a half and he was like no I said are you going to compensate us anything? No do you want the pizza or not? I said, so this is our fault Because the person who took the order couldn’t hear and he hung up on me. Just ridiculous really disappointed in the customer service. I actually like this pie. Today was my third time ordering here. A young man (Red hair and beard, unkept) said, name? I said I wasn't sure if I was in their system. He cut me off and said, pick up or delivery, did you call it in? I said, I would like to order. He said, name please. I told him I may not be in the system. The Buffalo Wings ? - Medium sized real wings for authentic chicken flavor (not the little caesars dinky ones and not the overgrown steroid tasteless huge ones) and the sauce was the perfect zesty and creamy. 5 star.
