El Nuevo Morelos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in West St. Paul

Updated* my order East from 2 days ago, and i didn’t call because i was too far and already dropped off the soups to my parents, they called me and asked if I ordered only 1 soup because there was very little food, i went back to their house saw the order and that’s when I ordered front the other restaurant. Google asked for a review since it logged that i visited this place so I did, I do not appreciate being called a liar. * i have the receipt and total amount in my bank transactions to prove it. Soup wasn’t as advertised. *I ordered 2 seafood soups. I got nothing like advertised on the menu. It was $27 each. Ordene 2 sopas de mariscos, me dieron un vaso muy pequeño con sólo mitad de lo que se describió en el menú, no valió la pena los $27 por platillo, mis padres son fanáticos de el caldo de mariscos por eso lo ordene de sorpresa, me dio una vergüenza la verdad que ordene otra orden en los ocampos, Ya no vuelvo...

Went there tonight with my kids. Surprisingly it wasn’t busy being it was cinco de mayo. This place was our second option cus first place we went to was a 45 minute wait… so we decided to go to Morelos instead. We were seated right away then waited and waited and no one ever approached us to even ask for our drinks. Then two tables came in after us and the waitress quickly grabbed their drinks and totally ignored us! We got up and left after being seated for at least 25 minutes with no service! Thanks to Morelos our cinco de mayo dinner that kids and I were excited for turned into a MCDONALDS drive thru dinner! Never again I gave them plenty of chances and always walk out...

Do not go here unless you have plenty of time on your hands... Been door dashing for over 2,000 orders.. been to this place four times there's never anybody in here but it always takes 20 minutes plus to get your food sometimes 35 to 45 minutes the food is okay nothing exceptional the cook and everybody that works here moves like snails I would not recommend this at all there's way better Mexican places around.. Just speaking the truth you'd be better off to go to Walmart by Frozen hard shell tacos and cook them yourself hands down the worst Mexican...
