Went there looking for a vase, very disorganized and messy. You donât know where anything is. Itâs like they just stuffed things wherever possible. As a black woman, I was greeted with side eyes by the lady with the glasses and the one training the 16 year old girl. There was a lady that came in before me, and the ladies and her were chatting and laughing and talking about the products. I lingered by and they literally gave me the cold shoulder. Asked the kid for help, and she was clueless. Literally my client and I just felt out of place when the other lady left. Just silence while we stood AT THE CASHIER. The lady training the kid just turned to the side and completely ignored me. I donât really resort to thinking about race, but itâs the way they were so jolly with the white lady before me and the silence and coldness I felt when she left. Hurtful and heartbreaking....
