CLOSE YOUR BLINDS. I am super disappointed in this place tonight. I have written one other review ever but this needs to be shared. Weâve ordered here a few times but tonight was a truly scary and inappropriate experience. I left a note on my order asking them not to knock because itâs late (we ordered around 8pm) and our dogs are a little crazy and bark a lot when it comes to the door. Not only did the delivery driver knock on the front door- which I didnât hear because I was in the back of the house feeding my baby- but he walked around the house, shined flashlights into the windows, peering in and knocking on the glass. While I knew we had food being delivered, my reaction clearly wasnât âoh thatâs the delivery driver.â I bolted out of the room with my baby and kept seeing the bright light flash through the bedroom windows while he yelled and knocked repeatedly. It was scary! My husband was unloading the car and eventually saw him and grabbed the food. I called the restaurant to let them know that this was not okay behavior! I didnât expect a refund or anything but rather maybe some reassurance that theyâd speak with him at least? All I got was âIâm sorry, I told him not to knock.â I told them that the knocking wasnât the point and that I was upset he went window to window and peered in- what if someone was changing!? They said sorry again for the knocking then hung up. Super disappointed and upset about the whole ordeal! Both interactions were insanely unprofessional...
Read moreWas highly disappointed to find out their lo Mein uses the large heavy noodles instead of the angel hair style which I personally feel takes away from a lot of the flavor and makes it less enjoyable. Portion sizes are standard but prices are pretty good. The Egg rolls I would put at the bottom tier compared to those you can get locally or at a nearby chain, All that's in them is cabbage rendering 0 complexity to the taste. I also Received an extra item I didn't order, Sweet and sour sauce that I don't feel is necessary personally and some other liquid I have no idea what it is and doesn't have all that much taste to it. While very much appreciated in extra items they are also wasted as I will not consume them and wouldn't want a business to waste money by sending unnecessary unordered items. The final Item I ordered was the Kong Pao Chicken, Which is pleasant to eat but still seems to lack that sweet/savory flavor you're expecting. Overall I would say this is a good place to scratch that Asian Cuisine craving but don't expect...
Read moreHah, what a joke this place is. Worst customer service ever. Does not have the skills to treat customers right. Ordered delivery and it took an hour for 3 simple items. Sure free delivery and 1.00 for service, whatever. I ordered the wrong thing on accident and i know it was my fault but the lady in the front kept blaming me telling me "who's problem is that" saying that over and over again and rubbing it in my face like shes all high and mighty. She told me she would give me a refund for the food if I arrive at the restaurant. I arrive and she lied to my face saying she wont give it to me. In order to get a refund I have to pay 2.00. You're kidding right. Oh and if I wanted a refund I needed to pay 2.00 for the side of rice THAT CAME WITH IT! seriously? To exchange my food for something else that was the same price, 2.00 charge. This place is so thirsty for money that they can't even treat customers right. Like i get it, its a business. But trust me, theres a good reason why no one is sitting in your restaurant right...
