Picture Perfect Art & Frame — Attraction in West St. Paul

I always mistakenly thought taking framing to a small independent “boutique” shop would cost more. I was wrong, Luci’s shop is absolutely the best quality imaginable and far less than the prices at the big box stores (even after their coupons and so-called discounts). I like that Picture Perfect doesn’t play the coupon game (inflate prices and then offer a coupon) that other places do. Although I was in control of the entire selection process for framing, design, mat colors, and arrangement, I quickly learned to rely on Luci’s decades of experience to suggest great options. And to her credit she didn’t just suggest the most expensive framing. In fact some of the best options she showed me were the most affordable ones. I’ve trusted Picture Perfect multiple times for framing over the past few years and can recommend them with confidence. The work was expertly done, on-time, and my artwork was always handled with care. When I was there I saw some artwork that was being picked up by a customer and wow it was huge - probably 5 or 6 feet! Gorgeous customized work and other happy customers for sure. Picture Perfect has been our perfect framing shop for years. Not only does Lucy do beautiful work, but she also lends her artistic eye to each project, offering ideas and solutions which are always on point. She and her mom crafted a beautiful frame for my mother's old wedding photo, using my mom's 60+ year-old wedding gown fabric for matting, and incorporating lace and buttons from the dress. I would highly recommend Picture Perfect Art & Frame. I brought in these two pieces of art that were made by my sister, so they were very special to me. I wasn't sure what type of frame I wanted for the pieces, and Luci was amazing to work with. She came up with creative color schemes for the frame that I never would've thought were an option.
