Worst. Experience. Ever. We bought our couch end of June and was told it would be ready in 4-6 weeks which I was okay with. After 5 weeks of hearing nothing, I called in to inquire to see how much longer I’d be waiting. When I called in, they didn’t even have my name on the order for my couch. After speaking with the sales associate on the phone, they finally figured out who I was and which couch was mine, and informed that it would be ready the following week. A week goes by and I still didn’t hear anything, so I called back in. The same female sales associate I talked with that previous week told me that she would personally call the manufacturer and would call me back later that day. She never called me back, and I got a call 10 days later saying my couch was ready. I was already extremely upset, but went up to get my couch. When I get there, they pulled my couch out from the back and they completely made it in the wrong fabric from what I ordered. They apologized by saying that the sales associate who ordered my couch has been an excellent employee for the past 10 years, and wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that she ordered the wrong couch. As furious as I was, they promised me that they would get the couch I ordered in the next week, to which I agreed because I had already paid in full. A week passed and they call saying my couch is ready. I go all the way back up to their store, take my couch which was totally wrapped home, and upon opening it at home, find out that they ordered the wrong cushions for my couch, again. As furious as I was, I called back in to say that I wanted my cushions I ordered. They said they could order the correct ones, but that it would take 4-6 weeks to get them. Weeks later, I finally got the cushions. Although they helped us get the couch we wanted, it was extremely frustrating and annoying that they seemed to mess something up every time. It was also extremely annoying that they couldn’t have simply apologized for their mistake of ordering the wrong couch and cushions, but instead had to “cover” their behinds by saying how good they’ve been for the previous “X” amount of years. It went from 4-6 weeks of getting my couch, to well over 3 months. As I previously stated, worst experience ever. I will never...

It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing? I guess they don't stand by the warranty they offer in house.
He did make it a point that they purchase at discount prices and sale at discount prices. Which is something to keep in mind when choosing a company to purchase from (you get what you pay for)
But, in conclusion Im going to have to purchase my folks a mattress and they are going to have to take a different direction to resolve with (Paul)T Wearhouse.
Would not recommend doing business here.
My parents purchased a Cali King end of July and by Aug (25days later) the mattress is falling apart, looks burnt and rotting. We talked to a mattress rep at RC Willey who said it sounds like mattress rot usually from sitting long periods of time in a warehouse. He also recommend NOT to use a mattress cover and said RC would have replaced the mattress without a problem. I spoke to Devon he was great willing to help. My dad who's older and with a back injury has been back and forth with Jane, she hardly works (1 day a week) has blown him off and is never available and at this rate this mattress will continue to fall apart and be unusable within the month. I spoke to her today because my father is elderly and not getting any help. I got on the phone with Jane today and she argued with me about my fathers age and mental capability, he can't articulate well or communicate and accused my father of using a electric blanket due to his lack of communication skills, she also made comments about the condition of their bed frame? Any excuse to not take care of a customer. Needless to say, this company sold my folks a mattress that started to fall apart 3 weeks after they paid 799.00. Go to a reputable company and not this place. We're business owners also and would never treat our customers in...

Very frustrated. We bought a couch and love seat during the president sale. We immediately loved one set that caught our eye when we walked in. Well when we sat down on it we noticed the power reclining wasn't working on the love seat. So we mentioned it to Shane and he took look at it and said it was something that would take he time to fix. But my husband and I were still wanting the couch. We started talking about the price knowing it was on sale. But we felt there might be some wiggle room to negociate still. So my husband asked if he could take some off the price because it was the floor model. He said no that wasnt something he could do because although it was the floor model it was as low as they could go. But he said I can take the deliver fee off. After some thinking my husband and I decided since the wiring needed fixed and we were not getting an extra discount as well as it being the floor model. We would just have them order us a brand new set in from California. We asked if we could do that.. Shane said yes we could but it would take a month or so. So we said we would wait. Delivery day came a month later. The guys set up the couches and were really great. They then mention we owe a deliver fee.. My husband goes to get the receipt to make sure the fee had be waived like we were told it would be. And sure enough $60 delivery fee. Shane had not stayed true to his word. So my husband calls and talks to Shane to see if it maybe a mistake.. And he goes on to say that isn't something he would do.. Making us...
