I ordered two large orange juices and noticed that a Mexican-looking girl and the only one who spoke a little Spanish, took a jug of orange juice from the fridge and could only fill a glass and a half, and grabbed more oranges to squeeze for To fill the second glass with orange juice. Before serving the juice, I politely asked the Mexican-looking girl who wanted the 2 glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice, because if they have been squeezing the orange for a long time it becomes very acidic, the girl got upset he told me he would not take care of me and told an older lady with light hair to attend to me. the old lady told me that the juices that were already served were freshly squeezed and I told her to look when they removed the jug from a small refrigerator that is from the left lake of the machine that squeezes the orange and the lady denied me. I told him to please give me my money back because there was no reason to bother with a service I'm asking for and I'm paying. A guy very kindly gave me back the money. I love the place I always buy my juices there but they should hire a more qualified staff to serve...
Read moreStood in line 10-15 min, very patient, I could see they were busy. But after the line cleared I still stood waiting to even be acknowledged. Even though I could see they were making drinks, the other customers had left. I was still not acknowledged. I listened to one guy staff gossiping about another staff who had 2 write ups to another staff as he worked till she was fired. He was one of the cashiers. The other female cashier must be new at her job. Very focused but took forever to put in one order as the previous customer stood there. Then other customer left finally. While the slow cashier continued to make drinks for unknown customers not in store. Me still standing. I drove the extra mile to this location. I thought I’d waited patiently enough even for a busy, gossiping and new slow cashier. I walked out. I’d be slow an careful too if I were a new cashier. But to pretend a customer did not exist for all that period of time....
Read moreI can honestly see why the rating for this location is so low and the reviews are so terrible because the customer service at this location is horrendous! I waited just 5 minutes before an e.employee came to take my order and there was a person in front of me waiting to place their order. There were many of times that the employees looked up from making smoothies to see us standing there, but no acknowledgement for the wait or even an apology. Even my ordering process was at a sloth place. When it came to making my smoothie they were slower than molasses, so slow I had enough time to walk over to cafe Rio to get my dessert and come back 10 minutes later and they were still making my order. I'm just thankful they had lids because the jamba up on 33rd so and 13th east never has any! Sounds like all the jamba juices in this area could just care less about...
