My girlfriend has loved Cupbop since discovering as a food truck, so we were excited to try the new location. The location looked great, seemed clean, and they chose the right area to be in. However, the restaurant was freezing inside, the food was subpar, and the amount of meat actually received compared to the price you pay is ridiculously low. They have a little TV showing their accomplishments and goals on Korean television, which is cool, and noticed one of their points of their permanent locations was to hire women particularly for the job. I'm all for job equality but it's much like Zupas and how they hardly hire anyone other than "pretty" women. Maybe try the place sometime and if you like this sort of food and can afford to pay extra for more meat on top of an already expensive meal, it may be for you. However, for most people in the surrounding area, it doesn't quite make their price range.

Where to begin? For what it is, it’s exceptional. What is it? Korean BBQ mad fast and fresh. There’s a lot to be said then a place can make fast food that doesn’t sacrifice quality. Rice is always perfect with crisp, fresh cabbage. Personally love the B Bop and got for about 4 servings of Mandoo. At $2 a serving some of the best fried dumplings especially for the price. The restaurant is always clean and when it’s not “perfect” maybe it’s time to reflect on yourself for either being the inconsiderate slob that left the mess or the person who’s too damn sensitive over a forgotten straw wrapper or table that wasn’t -immediately- wiped to god-like cleanliness the exact moment someone stood up. Thanks guys. Keep it up!

The staff was friendly, but everything g is downhill after that. I came in at about 2:45 pm. The restaurant looked okay, kinda dirty tables not wiped off and floors not swept. The food was lukewarm at best, I ordered a rock cupbop and now I know why it’s called that. The chicken balls had very little chicken, and were fried in a stale but somehow chewy outer shell that was not appetizing. The noodles were luke warm at best. I couldn’t even finish my bowl that I paid 17.00 for. In my opinion it’s overpriced and not worth the hype. Maybe I just came at a bad time? Photos of what I left behind.

The complaint I have is the service. I made an online pickup order, went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I also have to mention the lady with short curly hair kept wiping her nose while preparing the food and had cat (or some other animal) fur all over her clothes. I didn’t mind waiting a little bit longer so I waited.. and waited.. and waited. The staff saw me waiting and didn’t try to help in anyway. By that time I had been waiting 30 minutes (again for an order that had already been placed via online pickup so that when I got there k could leave because I didn’t have much time) My friend who was with me finally walked up and asked the staff about our order so the lady went searching for it couldn’t find anything under the name of the order. I had to get back to work so I asked if we could just get a refund because I couldn’t wait all day and it was already an inconvenience, but the man there told us he couldn’t help us until he helped EVERYONE else who was in line.. when we had literally been waiting there longer than anyone else who by that time were in the line. My friend asked to speak to the manager because we couldn’t afford to wait another hour behind the back of the line. The manager came out and kindly asked for my info, looked up my info and had told me that he “processed a refund” that he said would be back on my card the next day… that he “SAID”.. BUT that didn’t happen. I checked my card daily and no refund was issued. I emailed them twice explaining the situation and sending my order info, I called customer service and waited on the line the whole time until it told me the person at that extension wasn’t available and nothing.. after not receiving any refund after several days and getting no response from Cupbop I finally issued a dispute because that was the only option Ieft that I knew of to get...

I've been coming to this location with my family for many years and only recently have I been very disappointed. I came in Tuesday (10/29) evening to get Rock Bops only to be told the fryers were off for cleaning? Now I'm glad they are keeping the fryers clean, but in the middle of a dinner rush? Many people were met with disappointment that night as half of their menu is fried foods and their 'BBQ' meats are TERRIBLE quality nowadays. Maybe leave that job for when the store is closed.

I came in a few days after that incident to hopefully get my Rock Bop during my lunch break only to hear yelling and cussing from the back of the restaurant. Is this the environment you let your young employees work in Cuopbop? The employees looked uncomfortable and stiff. Didn't want to order after that. Just left.

There's a stark difference in management today compared to even a year ago. Not sure if the owners sold the store off or if they put someone in charge that doesn't know or care about how this store is run. Seems like a mixture of both. Not only management, but as I mentioned before the quality of food has gone down tremendously over the years with higher prices. I tried to continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt. This company doesn't deserve anyone's time or money anymore.

Props to the workers here. They probably don't get paid enough to take this job seriously. Especially with someone yelling/cussing and making their work environment uncomfortable. If you decide to come in, go easy on them. It's not easy to work under a company that doesn't care about their employees or customers.

I've been coming here long enough to remember the good quality and delicious food and management who treated their customers and employees with respect. This used to be such a nice place to dine at.

Big disappointment. Do...
