Pricey yes, but I will say my experience here was far from all the negative reviews I've seen on this place, could it be better? Maybe, but service was impeccable and not over bearing, they even treated my 3 year old with the same respect as us adults, the steak wasn't the best almost $40 steak I've had, but it was tasty, a nice selection of meat and enjoyable and the smashed potatoes were very tasty and unique, my fiance's ribs were excellent and the fries really yummy. Even my kids chicken strips were quite excellent. My young one got chocolate milk which they either didn't have or ran out of so our waiter actually MADE him chocolate milk with syrup used for desserts, that's customer service, instead of saying sorry no, he made it happen. Kudos to the staff. Also FYI, this will no longer be a Shula's grill much longer, I heard staff taking about the restaurant change, but will check it out when it changes because they are keeping the same staff (who made our dining experience positive) and expanding the menu. If I had one thing I'd say needs changing it's the limited menu, not a large selection at the moment besides the burgers which I'm my opinion ARE quite over priced at $12-$17 for a red Robin knock off burger especially with an in-n-out a block away..... And my other suggestion if they read this is with the seasoned fries you have they would make the BEST poutine in town.... Seriously..... And the appetizer was great, had the guacamole and chips but for the price include enough chips for the surprisingly small amount of guac you serve, it's like 11 bucks for what has to be about half an avocado and literally about 10 chips..... Other than that a solid 4 stars for your staff, the perpetration and tastiness of the food but not 5 stars for to the value..... Just a bit over priced for the quality. Quality is good to great but you would maybe even make more money with lower prices so it wasn't out of reach of most every day diners therefore increasing the quantity of patrons to this establishment. Final note...... Yes.... The super bowl trophies displayed are replicas sorry...... Lol

Saw this place from the road, looked spiffy. Around the area is mainly Mexican or Chinese, so this was a nice change. Loved the decor and atmosphere. Sleek, stylish, clean, hip. My service was excellent. From the servers to the bartender to the hostess, everyone was polite good looking and pleasant. I asked my server, Nathaniel to stagger my meal, and he did so very well. I noticed him eying me and he had great timing with my courses, bringing the next when I had had adequate time to sample the previous. He also answered my questions about the owners and the establishment. I never had to ask for my beverage to be refilled. Workers were very knowledgeable about the menu, and playful with the children seated at tables around me. My complaint would be the price for quality of food. (That did cut into your tip, Nathaniel, sorry!) I thought my food could have been more flavorful for the price, honestly. My spinach dip was below average, and I found myself adding salt pepper and sour cream. My steak sandwich was a large juicy cut of meat cooked perfectly, but again, bland and a tad dry. Loved the garlic smashed red potatoes with parmesan shreds on top, and the asparagus was lovely accompanied by a balsamic vinaigrette, I believe. I slid some of that vinaigrette to my green beans, which were also bland, but again cooked well. The apple bread pudding was excellent! And working and studying in New Orleans, I've had some bread pudding in my day. It was served hot and decorated with caramel syrup and cute apple slivers. Overall great experience, but just too pricey for the taste. I would go back for the atmosphere and bar and service, not especially for the food.

I'm staying at the embassy which the restaurant is attached to and I've got to day everything they have served me has been delicious. My most favorite part about the establishment is the bar tender there named Ryan. Hes super friendly, respectful, helpful, personable and really know how to make his drinks. He blew my mind with a drink that I've had a million times before. This drity martini is served with olives that have a stuffing out of this world. Almost tasted like pure mold but not in a bad way, like a very strong bleu cheese/gorgonzola kind of way. The steaks are great, the fries are great and the flatbreads are awesome. You will be impressed I assure you.

I have never written a review in my life. However after my experience I feel strongly enough that I’m doing it…

Wife and I went to Shula's 347 Grill for a date night on Sunday 10/28/18 at approx. 8pm for dinner.

Upon arrival the restaurant was empty, save for 2 other tables with guest. The waiter that greeted us appeared slightly disheveled in that his pants were falling down and he appeared to be stoned (red glossy eyes and trouble focusing on what was being said). Those should have been our first clues about Shula’s…

After being seated the Stoned Waiter took our drink order. I asked for a coffee with cream, and wife requested a red wine.

Drinks arrived shortly thereafter. Wine was great according to my wife. The coffee however was lukewarm at best, and no cream was brought. We ordered our entrees of New York Strip for the wife, with house salad and blue cheese dressing, and the Ribs for myself with a Cesar salad. I reminded Stoner for cream again.

The Stoned Waiter soon came back with the cream at the same time as bringing only my salad to the table.

The entrees were then brought out. Wife’s steak was fine, however her salad never showed up, and Stoned Waiter had to be reminded of it. He then brought it, sans dressing… I was then given a Prime Rib plate (remember I ordered the Ribs). I pointed this out to Stoner and he left with the plate to make the correction. I shortly after heard it be delivered to one of the other 2 occupied tables. Once my ribs arrived I was dismayed to discover that they were burned past the point of edibility. I was also disappointed in the fries that came with it, as they were WAY over salted and SUPER stale. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn if they were days old…

The waiter, to his credit, understood the disappointment and did not charge us for the rib plate.

Overall a terrible experience, and I will not...

Thieves and worst Experience Ever. Took our son in-law here for his B-Day. Called ahead said they had a table for 6 with no wait. Sat down got water and ordered appetizers. Onion rings came out quick and were good. Shrimp cocktail took a min and was warm like it had been setting under the heat lamp. Then after 20 min had passed we asked to if we could order drinks. Ordered 2 cokes and 2 titos mules. Took 20 min to get one coke and never did get the other one, the mules came out 15 min later and and ended up being mexican mules. We finally asked our waitress if we could order food which seemed like an hour later. They were out of the flat iron steak but said they had ribeye, so we ordered two of those. Food took a while but not to long and when the steaks came out they were paper thin. $35.99 for a paper thin steak? Never did get the french fries with the burger or the salad we ordered. The entire dinner took over 3 hours. Worst service we have every experienced and they were not even busy in fact it was dead. Not sure exactly what is going on with all these good reviews and pictures of nice thick steaks but this wasn't our experience. My grandson spilled his coke and the waitress didn't even acknowledge it and she was standing right there. No water refills either, or an offer to a to go box for the mac n cheese, we gave up on having to ask for anything at this point. I have been in the food industry before as a waitress and I have always tipped, no matter the service because I know when your are busy things happen. But it was so bad we left nothing. I guess the waitress felt that was unfair so she decided to give herself a $40.00 tip, which by the way is against the law and have called our credit...
