WINGERS Restaurant & Alehouse — Restaurant in West Valley City

If i could rate this restaurant a ZERO i really would. My husband and I came into this location and requested Adam's section. We were sat in another servers section and that server was nice and when we asked where Adam was, we were told that as a result of mistreatment from the assistant manager (Alyssa), Adam was upset with her discriminatory ways and left? I could not say i blame him..nobody should ever put up with that kind of abuse. Now, my family come here to this restaurant because of Adam. He has been nothing but good to us, and extremely welcoming and professional to everyone of his guests & we know exactly who that assistant manager is as well. She is new to that location and caused a bit of a stir! It is very unfortunate that this location lost such a wonderful member of their staff because Adam was simply amazing! I have decided to NEVER give my business to a company that mistreats their employee's... The server who attended my husband and I stated they will also be leavingthe company because of this mistreatment is common at Wingers.... I will be sure to tell my entire family & friends to NEVER eat at Wingers and make it a point to have them all extend the word to all of their friends, family, coworkers, neighbors etc.... The management & upper management (owners) team at Wingers has shown the community & patrons that they arent about a great staff and the kindness of people that represent their company. They should be ashamed as to how they utilize their tiny power to destroy their own business... And in my research, i found that the Slaymaker family owns Wingers & TGIF? These are 2 businesses i will be sure to never spend my money and i will gladly tell EVERYONE i know to never waste their money at any of their locations! Outright Disgusting! I am very ashamed and my heart goes out...

I came in on 3/22/19 around 6pm. There was only one couple in waiting room when we walked in and a Grub Hub runner waiting on an order. We were told it would be a 15 min wait. I looked around and saw a few empty tables. I figured they must have people who called ahead.

It was maybe a 5 to 10 min wait before the hostess came in and seated the other couple and right after she came and got us. The hostess brought us to a table in a crowded area and she asks if this is ok. My wife says ok but was a little hesitant and before sitting down she notices 2 empty booths. So my wife asks if we could have a booth or are they taken. The hostess says, "no it's just not in the area where we want to seat you". We still have yet to sit down and the hostess walks away.

I look around and right next to our table was an empty booth. I looked around further and counted 3 empty booths just in the area we were in. I am sure there was more than that. I immediately tell my wife lets go, I want to go somewhere we can be seated where I want to be seated. I would have been more than happy to wait for a booth to be seated where I can be comfortable spending my money to eat.

As we walked out, not one staff member noticed. We ended up across the parking lot at a restaurant that seated us right away, where we wanted to sit. Guess I know which one we will be eating at next time we are...

I work at a store nearby and I called 15min before I was going on lunch to place my order, hoping to just go and pick up my meal, No one noticed me standing there for at least 5 min, she asked for the name on the order and took forever to come back out (without my food) I asked her it was still going to take a while and she told me they were just grilling the chicken? Isn't that why I called 15min beforehand so I wouldn't have to wait? What's the point of calling if they are going to make the food the moment you come in the restraunt, I was very angry because I only get a 30min lunch by the time they gave me my food I had 2 minutes left of my lunch, which ment it took them around 45 minutes to make me a salad. and they were not even busy they had like only 2 tables with people in it, they probably noticed that I was angry because they gave me a free dessert coupon but by the time I got got back to my car I noticed they switched my grilled chicken for some weird vegan Patty I guess? I was so upset but I had to get back to my work so I didn't go and complain, but I think people should know that the service is not great and they will take forever with your food, keep in mind I only ordered a salad so if you have a big order expect a...
