Subway — Restaurant in West Valley City

So normally I would give this Subway a 5 star... But this last visit was a 0 star... 3100 South Redwood rd slc ut. I have a mentally handicapped client that has extreme food allergies Eggs Fish All Nuts. So worker was making her sandwich in the middle of other sandwiches....Did Not change gloves...made sandwhich and used a Dirty Knife that had Mayo on it...i told her dont use that knife it has Mayo on it...She told me I dipped it in the sanitation liquid..Its Fine... I was like A No It Is Not...She Will Die... What Does she Do... CUTS the Sandwhich anyway. I told her we will not take the Sandwich... We want a NEW one made...she argued with me that it is safe not to worry. Finally when I was going to leave all 5 sandwiches they made new one. This practice can Kill people....A quick dip in chemicals does not remove residue of Mayo that has Egg and Tuna Fish and Pesto sauce that has nuts. This was Sat...

This Subway location has the worst customer service and the Manger is very rude! Here is a piece of advise for you and your team! 1. Don’t send a email confirmation saying my order is ready to be picked up, and then get an attitude because I get there and ask for my order only to find out that you haven’t even started my order. 2. Don’t ever tell your customer to step back and wait their turn when your customer order online in advance and only went to pick up her order because your store sent and email advising it was ready to be picked up, don’t tell me come get my order then tell me wait my turn because you don’t have it ready! 3. To the manger of this store don’t ever assume by somebody’s skin color that they do not understand what you are saying as you are bad mouthing your customer to your employees! I will never go back...

Subway as an organization is fairly good. Sandwiches made your way right in front of you and if it was before the 1950s, they would be without complaint. In the past 73 years, deliveries, pickups, drive-throughs and online ordering has become the “norm” yet the 3197 S Redwood Rd Salt Lake City, UT 84119 location refuses to conform. Incorrect orders, unrefrigerated pickups and failed deliveries through numerous online companies has proven that this location is mis-managed, sloppily served teenager employed hangout. Frankly, the Regional Director should gut the location for another commercial strip nail salon. This would raise Subway’s image and provide the already existing drug element at least...
