I do not appreciate being scolded every time I pull up and the order taker feels I did not put my order in sufficiently far enough in advance. I have absolutely no control over whether or not there will be heavy traffic. I visit this store multiple times per week, as a matter of fact the one order taker knows it's me when they say "Welcome to Dunkin please take a few moments to review our menu and we will be right with you" and I reply the gentleman always says "Oh Danielle it's you we have your mobile order here", but most of the time cars are waiting backed out onto the main road. I can't help it that randomly sometimes that isn't the case. I have no way to control traffic. Shall I put my order in 15 minutes in advance so that by the time I do get to my coffee, which could possibly be 30 minutes or more, the ice is melted and I have to request a remake because I don't want to pay for watered down coffee? Because the last time it took a considerable amount of time to get thru the line my ice had melted and I requested a remake I got rude comments and nasty looks. And it is always this store. If I visit one of the two other stores in town I never get unnecessary feedback. And it really, truly, does not matter because guess what! Every time I actually get to the window, after being scolded, my coffee is ready anyway. So whats the sense in scolding your customer? Very unprofessional, unnecessary, and definitely not appreciated or...
Read moreI normally don't complain about orders getting messed up, but it caused me to have an allergic reaction.
We came in three days ago, maybe around 8:30 pm. My roommate had called ahead and selected a dozen donuts. The donuts were all wrong, even though the worker was on the phone with her as she was selecting the donuts. That wasn't a big deal though, stuff happens, I work in work service, too.
We came in the drive thru to pickup the donuts, I ordered two drinks, a caramel macchiato and a peach refresher. They did not give me the peach refresher, but the pineapple mango one. I didn't notice until I drank some. I am allergic to pineapple, and although the reaction is minor because I did not drink more, I've been dealing with throat pains, swelling, and mucus discharge from the reaction for three days now.
Luckily I still had some leftover prednisone from my last reaction, but this could have been avoided, it's pretty clear that shift did not care if they got any of our order right that night, and it could have...
Read moreThis Dunkin’ location, without any exaggeration, has nearly always messed up something in my order every time I’ve gone. And I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Either my bagel is burnt with hardly any cream cheese- so burnt to the point of shatter when I threw it on the ground- or the drink is wrong. For the longest time, I’d order the same large iced coffee every day, and not only would the coffee’s flavor be different each time, but the price would be too. This location can get very busy in the mornings, and mostly young (albeit underpaid & overworked) college students work here. So they hardly have much of a reason to care about quality control or whether they send out the wrong food/drink items. As I’ve worked in the food/customer service industry for several years, I understand when some things go wrong sometimes. But it’s every day with this location. I wouldn’t come here unless you like being...
