It gets 2 stars only because when we FINALLY got our order it was hot. Pulled into the drive through at 7:26 pm on a Thursday. There was a truck in front of me that was at the speaker where you order at. It took 9 minutes for tye enployees to get back to him after they first asked him to please hold on a minute. I pull up and get the same request to please hold on a minute. I already knew it had been slow so I checked the time to see how long it would take. After waiting 7 minutes I said hello into the speaker and an employee promptly told me that they were in the middle of changing drawers and that they had already told me to wait. I had to be somewhere close to that restaraunt no later then 8 pm so I decided to let that slide and kept waiting. By this time there are 2 other cars behind me. Another car pulled out of line and left. A few more minutes go by and I ask if they are almost ready because I have to leave. Same voice tells me to just be patient and someone will be with me shortly. I wait untill 7:53 and tell them I have been waiting to order for almost 20 minutes as the front car in line and a woman says "Oh, I'm sorry... We forgot to get back to you awhile ago" I place our order and pull up. The total was 19.44. I gave the girl working the register 20.45. She actually says to me that I gave her to much. I tell her all I have is a 20 dollar bill and she says thats fine but she doesn't need my 45 cents. You can't make this up.... Rather then teach her math since I was now running late I told her that I would get a dollar and a penny back. She again tells me to take the 45 cents back and that I don't get a dollar back, only "about 50 cents" ( Her actual words ). I tell her that Im giving the extra change so that I get a dollar bill back. She tells me shes not gonna short her register just because I'm trying to scam her for a dollar. At this point I tell her that since she doesn't understand elementary level math to either get her manager so that I can embarass her or that if she doesn't believe me to just enter that amount into her register and see what the computer says I'm owed. She does this and looks perplexed. She actually gets on her phone and uses the calculator app to see if myself and her register are both wrong. She finally gives me a dollar but forgot the penny. Normally I wouldn't care but this time I wanted to make her work as much as possible. She hands us our 2 drinks. One was a pepsi and the other an A&W Root Beer. I asked her which drink was which and she tild me she didn't remember. I finally get the food and leave. Read moreMy wife and I have eaten at this location a few times and each time the service gets worse. Placed order. Waited 20 minutes for order. People that had come in after me were getting their order. Went to counter where there were several others waiting for their orders. Next order that was brought out was 3139. I asked what happened to 3133. Someone else asked about order 3134, 3135 and 3136. The person looking at the order screen said that those orders were not even on the screen. Earlier, saw one of the employees at that screen and it appeared that she was clearing off the orders. While I was waiting for my order, I could see back into the food prep area and it was very messy - food on the floor, shredded lettuce everywhere. It also appeared that only 2 of the 5 or 6 employees that were milling around the prep area were actually preparing the food. We requested to speak to the manager. When the manager appeared, we explained that we did not get our order and wanted a refund. The others whose orders were "lost" also requested a refund. He asked one of the servers what happened to the orders and she just shrugged her shoulders. The manager did nothing to fix the situation. No apology, no offer of giving us a free meal for loosing our order. A similar situation happened the last time we at here but the person serving the food (not here this time) said that she would see to it that the order was filled immediately. No such luck this time. First the food, it was as expected. Greasy fish, burgers and fries. It was fresh and good.
Ok, moving on from there. First when you walk in to the restaurant it simply doesn't feel clean, the floors are slick with grease and the overall condition of the store is worn and beat up then on top of that very unclean. It's hard to take pictures of just how dirty this place is. When you look at the lights and things hanging from ceiling they are fury with a combination of grease and dust, under the counter is days worth of trash where the floor hasn't been properly cleaned, all tables were dirty and the list could go on and on. But then I went to the restroom, barf... Not from a single mess made today but build up over many many weeks or even months of grim and gross, the floors so slick you feel like you're ice skating. Thank Goodness I didn't need to sit down. All of this so I then check out reviews and I found a review from 8 months ago with pics of damages in the store with a response from the owners where they are "distressed" about the exact same concerns I mention today and they are "conducting a thorough investigation" yet LITTLE to nothing has been done about the...
