This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been in my life. I tried it again tonight hoping for something edible. I went at rush hour when it was packed to make sure I would get something fresh. I got this fish sandwich that seemed like it was all burnt up and it was half off the bread, the cheese wasn't melted at all, the sandwich wasn't hot and I opened it right after I bought it, and the bread was stale. It was disgusting. But luckily I bought two hamburgers.. not only that but when I took a bite it tasted like rubber. Like a rubber tire might taste. It was that kind of sensory. I really thought that at least the hamburgers would be niacin hot and new. It was like they've been sitting under a light for 3 hours. This stuff was so gross that I wouldn't even give it to my dog. I spent like $15 on this garbage that I had to throw in the trash. It's one thing to have bad food but it's another thing to have food that literally is not edible. How were there so many people in line? Maybe there's something that they sell that isn't stale, old, cold and gross? I just haven't figured out what that might be. This has ruined it for me. This last trip was so foul that I'm pretty sure I could never eat a McDonald's fish sandwich as long as I live. The time before this and that was also cold and stale. It was like stale bread with the toppings.. how can the food be this...
Read moreThis location really needs to get it together. This morning went through to get a burrito and it was hard like it was over microwaved. I called and spoke to Dawn the manager she said she would replace it. If or when I came back through. After my children got home from school we decided to go to this location again to get dinner. I looked in bag and my fri box was completely ripped open on both sides. They replaced them with no problem. I get home to eat quarter pounder took two bites and it was pure salt taste. I called McDonald’s spoke to the manager on duty at 4:23 and she said she would replace my quarter pounder and would go back to see what was going on. Let me make it clear McDonalds, with the price of gas and the price of food going up I can’t afford to keep driving back and forth to get replacement food!! If service doesn’t change I will have to stop going there all together!! Maybe it will save me a lot of time and money if I did that!! Or maybe I should speak to the corporate manager next time I see him working at the window on how terrible...
Read moreEverything I've ordered from this location something goes wrong. They ask you to pull up to a spot and when the food is finally brought out food is missing or fries are cold. The minimum wage should go back to $4.25 an hour and if the workers think it should be $15 an hour then they should do their job competently first before being paid more that $4-5 an hour but management does not care because it is McDonald's and they know losing a few or even hundreds of customers means nothing to them because people are always going to eat McDonald's. This location is not recommended at this time and recommend eating elsewhere or a different location.
