Don't let the "local" facad of the building fool you. The management and staff of this particular Dunkies are a bunch of rude, defensive MASSHOLES (normally a statement of pride, but not in this case).
Just this weekend I made a rather large order, knowing this I came with a list and warned the lady on the intercom as such. There were several points where I had to restate parts of the order, so naturally, I took the time to check what I got, sure enough 2 of the sandwitches were the wrong meat.
Chalking this up to an honest mistake, I brought the sandwiches back in and stated that I got bacon when I Ordered steak (at the time I was unaware that the steak option had ended). I received the response, rather loud and angry, that "there is no steak!" I responded that I though they were offering steak, but that's OK l, can I have sausage instead". The employee got angrier at me and yelled at me about ordering the wrong thing, at this point my patience and good will are thoroughly eroded. I responded that if I ordered something you don't carry, why didn't you correct me over the intercom instead of just giving me something I didn't order.
Enter the manager ( with a full dining room:
" of you don't know what you want then next time come inside instead of the drive thru!" again loud and angry.
I did know what I wanted, the didn't have it. I'll be going to the local donut place next door from now on. To those who want to avoid terrible service with a scowl, try Roccos, you can see it from the...
Read moreOrdered two English muffins toasted dark. Asked for butter and peanut butter on it. Said they don’t do that has to be on side. Thought maybe issues with peanut allergies or whatnot. No big deal. I said side is fine. Cashier asked if I wanted two peanut butters per a muffin. I said sure. Was charged for extra peanut butter. Received order left building. Went down the road to eat. Found only two peanut butters extremely cold butters and English muffins barely warm and whiter than my Irish skin. So how is butter going to melt on cold muffins??? Oh they gave me four knives though. Maybe that’s what I paid extra for. Don’t think these kids understand the word dark. Or they just don’t care. Pretty hard to mess up an English muffin but if you want one made with no effort come here. Wish I...
Read moreI drove up and asked for just two things. I couldn't understand the girl due to a combination of street noise and the manner in which she spoke. I drove to the windows and, after numerous attempts, was able to convey my order, a plain toasted bagel with butter and a croissant. The bagel was perfectly toasted but no butter on the bagel. I got back in line and politely asked that they put butter on my bagel. The girl disappeared and an angry older woman told me the highly unlikely story that there is a company policy against putting butter on bagels. I expressed surprise but the angry woman insisted that was company policy. I asked for my money back since the order was not what I had asked for. She shut the window and walked away. I drove off with no intention of...
