Pauline Robertson is a professional, experienced and knowledgeable hairstylist! I’ve known Pauline for the past few years and have seen first-hand how she takes great care of her clients and goes above beyond for them. My daughter and I are both clients of Pauline. Our first appointment with Pauline was to fix my daughter’s hair that was damaged by another hairstylist. Pauline knew exactly the right treatment for her hair. Today, my daughter’s hair is so healthy, vibrant and full of her natural curls, because of Pauline’s expertise. I highly recommend Pauline!

Pauline Robertson is the business owner of Shear Transformation right in the center of Westborough. She is an incredible professional master hairstylist who cares about her client's needs. Being a cancer survivor, Pauline knew exactly how to work with someone who needed that special attention. She is an expert at what she does and delivers the upmost care and compassion to her clients. I’ve known Pauline for a while and have gone to several other stylists in town for various reasons, for different times of my life. I tend to stick with a stylist for a long while until it either doesn’t work or I develop a different relationship with someone.

Prior to Pauline, my previous stylist had moved away and my commute went from 5 mins to 30, with parking fees, and wait times, so it ended up taking 3hrs out of my day, which I didn’t have time for.

Pricing was always a surprise too. So I gladly switched to Pauline, got hours back in my day, she’s punctual, and done within an hour! My hair looks and feels great when I leave, and I even got my daughter to get her haircut. Megan was great with her too.

I first met Pauline, the owner of Shear Transformation Salon, about 8 years ago. Over the years she has become a trusted friend and advisor who gives me honest feedback about my hair and the different styles that I have had over that period of time. She brought in a wonderful new stylist named Meghan a couple of years ago and I have seen her grow and fine tune her styling techniques. I have been extremely happy with her haircuts. The salon decor is absolutely stunning and the hair care products that she sells are the best quality from around the world. They are not only good for you, but the environment as well.
