Subway — Restaurant in Westbrook

I recently ordered online from this location and had to wait almost an hour to receive my sandwich after going in and waiting in line. Once I had gotten up the server, Ashley was extremely rude. First, she said she couldn't serve me bread that needed to cool for 45 min, I had already waited that long. Then she said she didn't have my meat, which was annoying but fine, I just hate trying to make decisions on the fly. I also had paid for extras on the sandwich I ordered online and asked for them on my new sandwich. I found out later she didn't put them on. When I tried to clarify whether she was putting the right amount of turkey on my sandwich, she snapped at me that "she's a manager and knows how to make a sandwich". At the end, she wrapped my sandwich and threw it at the counter and said nothing to me. No offer to refund and re-ring the sandwich correctly, no goodbye, nothing. After this I was of course pissed and just left. After driving home, about 30 minutes later, I find out she didn't even put the bacon i asked for on the sandwich- which I paid for. I tried calling over 20 times to the store, tried to speak with her and tell her she made my order wrong and before I could even finish, she hung up on me. This place is terrible. Been here twice and both times the employees are discurteous and rude. The first time I was here the woman and the man working we're so incredibly rude to the customers. They both would swear and yell at one other. The woman working that day was chewin gum like a horse eating hay. Disgusting. Very unprofessional. Today I ordered my sandwich and the girl could barely even make it! But thats not the horrible part. She first rubbed her arm along her nose and didn't even change her gloves. The other worker then came from out back without washing her hands then started makin this other guys sandwhich. After all was said and done she then wrapped my sandwich and left it for the other woman to cash me out although she was taking care of another person's order. So that lady had to stop what she was doin to ring me out. And you guessed it! She didn't even wash her hands after touching my money. Just went right back to the other guys sandwich. Meet...

I had a terrible experience with this Subway location. After a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to a meatball sub using a gift card I had. I remembered seeing their sign boasting "Now Open Later," so I placed an order through the Subway app. The app confirmed they were preparing my food, and I was looking forward to it.

However, when I arrived, the place was dark, and there was a handwritten sign on the door saying they were closing at 7 pm. Seriously? My order was marked "complete," and I had already paid, but the doors were locked, and I had no food!

To make matters worse, a meatball sub costs $10.99 now? At least deliver on the basics if you're going to charge that much. This location is poorly managed, misleading customers with false advertising and inconsistent hours. I’m beyond frustrated and will think twice before visiting Subway again.
