Pizza Time Westbrook — Restaurant in Westbrook

My daughter and I stayed at the fireside inn and suites in Portland so we ordered delivery around 8pm Thursday night. We were told within 45 minutes for a medium pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. I called them back just before 9pm to see where it was. I was told they just left with it, should be like 10 min. I get a call from the delivery guy wanting to know where to meet, I thought they were bringing it to the room, but oh well. Told him to meet me outside the door closest to our room. He called back saying he was in the lobby. I went to the lobby but noone was there. I called him and he was at the wrong hotel, never looked at the slip just heard some people talking about another hotel and assumed that's where he was going. He was very apologetic. I gave him the money and he left. It was a very good pizza just a hassle to get it that late. I believe they closed around 9 or 930 and it was only 1 mile...

My boyfriend Dylan and I get food here like once a week for the past 3 years (and himself for years before). Great food, great people.

@Jillian A poster... you wrote in your post the person you spoke with specifically told you they only made SMALL gluten free pizzas so youre "oh okay well just havr a large" or whatever doesnt even make sense.. they said clearly, only small, so you asking for a large soesnt change that. SLOW!!!!! Called in my order at 6:30pm 2 large subs, fries, coleslaw, nothing to complex, they said it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, at 7:10 Im told its still gonna be about another 10 minutes and theyve been really busy, ive been here for 15 mins they are not that busy and the whole time ive been here 2 other orders have been waiting as well, i have seen a few door dash orders get messed up since ive been waiting
