I have had Massey's Pizza for years and it was good back in the day. I stopped going regularly since they changed there sausage. Tried them again in Westerville 1st time alright, second time I understand why the customer was in there Thurs night Aug 4 upset about her order not being fully cooked.
The front clerk/csahier said she could not make the woman another pizza cause she had eaten to much but a staffer said she had only eaten 2 maybe 3 slice and it was put back in the box. I foolishly thought the woman was trying to run a game only to find out the game was on me tonight Saturday Aug 6. My order pep, sau, ex-cheese - on the other half add mush, pepp n onion...what I got was pep only on the edges of the veggie side with no extra cheese, no sausage nor any pepperoni in the middle. I called the Westerville location and was told there was nothing they could do about it after taking my $34. She would not remake it, I was told to deal with the general mager when he comes in on Mon, the same thing she told the other woman Thurs night. I take it she tells everyone that and I told her I was in the location when the woman came back into the place, she did not care cause I got the same thing the lady got on Thurs night.
I understand why a company like this stays in business cause normally I would not say anything but they cannot keep ripping people off and think we are suppose to take it. I work to hard for my money for someone to take it and purposefully rip me off and think I'm suppose to be okay with it! At least if your going to rip me off let me make and informed choice about it. Be upfront and tell customers your just there to rip them off and you don't care if there orders right or not, once you make it its not your fault or your problem!
I will never buy pizza from Massey's again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Massey's, they are there to rip people off and that is it. Customer service and satisfaction they don't care about. When a company doesn't care about their customers then we as customers must stand up and say enough is enough!! DON'T BUY MASSEY'S PIZZA EVER!
To the lady that was there Thurs evening I apologize to you. You...
Read moreMy husband and I ate in the Westerville Massey's a while back. Then we ordered a delivery one time from a different location and then an online order from that location for pick up. Then the last time I ordered from Westerville store online and all these times were fine. Tonight (6-4) I ordered at 6:27 and was given a 25-35 minute window. I arrived a couple minutes after 7. I was told 10 minutes and I was okay waiting for that time. 20 minutes later still no pizza. After approaching the counter I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to come back. I gave my name again and I was told a few more minutes. I'm pretty sure my two pizzas were not made until I arrived. And even though I did get inpatient after 20 minutes following the original 35, I would prefer my pizza to be cooked all the way thru, It was doey. My husband wanted me to take them back but since his turned out okay, I chose not to bother. I don't know what was going on in this location tonight but based on my observation someone is not keeping up with online orders. One lady waiting when I entered and was there a bit after my arrival but I don't know how she ordered. A lady came in after me who had ordered online and grew impatient before I got impatient. She walked out before me but I'm not concerned because maybe she ordered before me and arrived after me. I watched at least 3 people come in with I assume as a call in order because they had to pay there and we're handed their pizza quickly. If it hadn't been for the under cooked gluten free pizza I would have just asked what was up with the wait time. Instead I'm giving a disappointing review for the over all service and food. Lastly, I don't know if it's the way you make a ham and pineapple pizza but the ham completely covered the pizza and you couldn't see the crust. I'll simply order something else next time since it wasn't what I was expecting. If there is...
Read moreI've been becoming a loyal customer of this restaurant since last year and have always been satisfied—until yesterday. I received an order of wings that were shockingly small, barely the size of my child's thumbs, and completely inedible. When I called, a staff member acknowledged the issue and suggested I speak with the manager today about a possible credit.
However, when I spoke with the manager, he was beyond rude. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he tried to justify the wings' size and poor quality. I’ve always ordered my wings well done, and that has never made them shrink or become inedible. These wings should have never been sent out in the first place.
To make matters worse, he essentially yelled at me and dismissed my history as a customer, insisting I had only ordered twice—even though I’ve ordered multiple times just in the past few weeks. Whether he was having a bad day or this is his usual demeanor, his behavior was completely unprofessional. A manager should handle concerns with respect, not hostility. I hope the restaurant reconsiders who they put in charge of customer service.
I spent 10.99 for wings that were half the size of a McDonalds chicken nuggets. This was the food that I ordered for dinner which means I had to figure out another solution due to part of the meal not being edible. The price point is fine for normal size wings or even boneless but to have to argue as if I should just be glad with the quality of food I received was beyond me. Food that had to be thrown away!! My pizza didn't even have the white sauce on it but I didn't even bring that up because it...
