Wendy's — Restaurant in Westerville

Came up to the drive thru. All I heard was "Hi Welcome to Wendy's." Normally I hear how my I help you? Didn't hear that. Placed my order. Order came up on the screen. All I heard was pull around to the second window. The order taker didn't even tell me my total. I know it showed up right in front of me on the screen but you should still the customer the total. I work at a fast food restaurant myself and that is one thing that is taught to anyone who is working a register. Get up to the window and she tells me my total. I give her the money. She gives me my change and no receipt. I ask her for a re receipt and she gives me a very dirty look and hands me the receipt. She needs to learn better customer service. Her name is Anthina or something like that.

So I have to add from my experience tonight on 6/12/21. After dropping my Mom off. I order a late dinner from the app. That is laughable seeing how I thought it would be quicker. It wasn't at all. It seems like they were taking one order at a time. Finally got up to the speaker told my name they abruptly told me to pull around to the second window. I got up to the second window. A worker she asked me about the salad I ordered they might not have enough for it what other kind of salad would I like I told them about other salad option. She told me then to pull into a parking spot and the wait would be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later we finally got our order. We were tired we didn't check if we had everything. That was a mistake there. We had ordered a large chili with cheese on it. They didn't give us that. They didn't give us a receipt. Luckily I have the receipt on my app. I tried calling 4 times to talk about the horrible service and missing item from my order but the call wouldn't go through. It would just drop. Once again I am extremely disappointed by the service that was received...

Honestly not a fan of this Wendy's location. I work for a third-party delivery company and almost every other time that I go here they can't make up their mind whether or not I need to go through the drive-thru or if I need to pull in and walk into the building. So not only have you wasted my time sitting in the Drive-Thru but now you're wasting my time of me getting up and coming in and grabbing the food. I'm like the workers there I don't get paid by the hour I get paid by the job. My time is my money. Now that I got that out of my system dot-dot. From what I can see from the employees they our friendly for the most part oh, it really depends on the day and what's going on like any other person in any other place. I have found on more than one occasion that this Wendy's is not that clean. Personally I would not recommend eating from this establishment because of the lack of cleanliness. I only go in because of what my customers want. Overall the decently Quick Service. Their location is a little tricky to get in and out of sometimes depending on local traffic oh, and also if you're going during a hot time for food like lunch or dinner. Wendy's itself does not have a lot of parking but there's additional parking located between Wendy's and the shopping center behind it. Just watch out for some of the local craziness people that are driving around. For the price they do have kind of a value menu like most if not all Wendy's have. A little bit of something...

I will keep this review as short as possible. The crew member / cashier did a GREAT JOB 🌟, speaking clearly, provided a correct total amount and gave me the correct change. My order was served correctly and HOT/FRESH and was ready when I arrived at the second window. The sauces we asked for were provided without asking at the window and utensils and napkins were also in the bag without asking! The food tasted GREAT and looked like it does in the photos👌 Thankfully it was open and very close to St. Annes hospital 🏥 This Wendy's is in what seems to be a Clean and Safe location for those of you who are nervous about driving to get a meal late at night. This location is also open later than some north Columbus locations which is a plus!

Unfortunately, several items I wanted, (I have a family of 5), were not available. 😞 As for prices, I think Wendy's is a bit expensive for a fast food chain. It's about $8-$10 for just a decent sandwich and more if you want a combo. I spent $10-$20 per person. I spent $60 for 4 people and I only got myself a frosty, 98% of the $60 went on three 1 adult and 2 teens. ( No my children are not obese by any means and neither was the other adult)

Due to the lack of items available and restaurant prices at a fast food chain I wouldn't say it's a 5 star fast food restaurant. Otherwise we had a great experience 👍🎉👏
