I went in to order a footlong and made a line. There were people behind me and they were taken care of before I can even gave in my entire order. A lady came to start my sandwitch and left my bread on the counter and another employee went to make some other customer's sandwich with it. The lady left me to take care of someone else's sandwich who came after me and skipped everyone. The man behind me got asked what he wanted and they took care of him. Today 10/20/19 me and my girlfriend were looking for something quick for a late dinner. Looked up subway closest to us which said closes at 10pm. We walked in at 8:50pm to everything put away and a heavy lady with glasses behind the counter that told us "we are closed" I said "already? Online said your open till 10pm?".she said back "those are only for the weekend which is Friday and Saturday. Not Sunday" which on my way out I looked at the physical sign in the subway and it said 10pm everyday....i understand wanting to close early or clean up early but what are the point of business hours if you close over an hour early? Went in yesterday 6/15/21 at 4:00pm. I was having an off day and was tired when I went in. The guy who made my sandwich asked the normal questions and I was taking a while to answer back. He never got frustrated with me (I would’ve been annoyed with me for sure lol) and actually had me try their new parmesan vin. on my sandwich and I’m really glad he did! Best Subway sub I have ever had! The young lady working with him the assistant manager was very friendly as well.
