Controlled Abrasions — Local services in Westfall Township

Went there 4 years ago and now the place went downhill.

(Background: I have multiple blue tattoos already) it’s the only color that stays for me, well the tiny amount that was there completely faded after 2.5 weeks, scarred, the fine lines are not straight and missing some. The guy’s mind seemed to be anywhere but there.

So called back and was told I probably don’t take blue well….. again I have four giant blue tattoos and I was told it was 90 days before he’d touch it up….. again 6 tattoos already sooo the normal time is 30. I was also repeatedly told that with “23 years of tattooing this is normal”….

I have gotten my tattoos from 4 different states, none have faded and none have needed touch ups, but this one needs an overhaul.

I WILL give them the BENEFIT of the fact that after arguing with me on the phone the artist did offer to pay his colleague to do the touchups instead of himself after me expressing my disappointment and not wanting to work with him.

However, I already booked a new appointment with a different shop because I’d rather pay for a new one...

So so lucky I found CJ today by chance while deciding to reopen a closed piercing in addition to getting a new one. I sent a text to inquire about price/availability and got a rapid response. The nicest nicest guy, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Very gentle hand, I barely felt a thing. I had a tragus piercing a long time ago and remember it hurting way more than it did today. The shop is very clean and it is just a really relaxed atmosphere. Honestly I was sorry I had to leave, I could have hung out all day. You can’t go wrong coming here, there was a guy next to me getting his calf tatted who looked like he was just chilling and on his phone. Amazing place, incredible service. I am around this area every summer and will wait from now on to come here for future services. Highlyyyyyyyyy...

I have lived in the area for 17 years a have 5 pieces currently, I have passed this shop over the course Of time well 8/23/22 was the day I made the choice to go full sleeve and all I can say is why didn’t I go here sooner. CJ is doing my sleeve and have to say total pro. Super friendly, patient and skilled. Spent 10 hours sitting in that chair and if we both weren’t just burnt out could have gone 24. The shop is surgically clean and everything is on point from top to bottom. CJ will listen to your ideas and work with you to come up with a solution if that vision of yours needs help.
