Flagship cinemas is the fully evolved form of all of it's predecessors although Majestic not only looked good, but it was nostalgia for any of us 80s/90s babies who loved "The Mask" with Jim Carrey. Either way, it's a very well built, arranged, organized, and polished. The fact that the entire operation is consistently run by a team of obvious teenagers(likely still students in DVHS, good for them, learn the money game ASAP and escape that 9-5). I was shocked maybe the first couple of visits, but I have yet to see an adult staff member in all the years I've gone there. My favorite date I ever took there was my late Mother 🙏❤️🔥🕊 I've never had a negative experience at this movie theater and it's refreshing to see our area further developing with more opportunities for eager consumers or career seekers. Prices are typical 'WTF?!?' moments every time an item is scanned for pricing. If you can accept the financial violation your wallet will sustain, you'll experience smooth sailing from then on. In conclusion, we have an excellent escape from reality within convenient driving distance. Plenty of great films coming out and are already out. Tell them Sark...
Read moreWe purchased our tickets for Star Wars Last Jedi early and came early to pick up our tickets as soon as the doors to the theater opened. The doors to the theater opened 15 minutes late, so all guests had to wait in the freezing cold longer outside the theater. We arrived early and we were first in line and the first customers to retrieve our tickets from the cashier counter, the tickets we were given said theater 5. We waited in line patiently and got to theater 5 first, however every other movie guest went to theater 6. We went back to the counter to confirm firm why our tickets said theater 5 and we were told some advance tickets had the wrong cinema theater on it and that the movie would be playing in theater 6, and given a pathetic “Sorry”. This is extremely upsetting. We waited in line patiently and got here early to be able to choose seats. The Manager who was working the ticket cashier counter should’ve realized the mistake once she handed us the tickets. We had to sit on the side and our kids could barely see the movie.
We will never return to this theater and will never recommend this to our friends and family. Extremely...
Read moreWhen my 16 yo daughter asked to go see Cocain Bear, I really didn't want to go. Being that it is a R rating, I decided to go to the theater during the day to speak to a Manger to see if I could give permission for her to attend the movie without me. I spoke to the manager on duty who stated that shouldn't be a problem. My daughter went to the theater after a school function, so I was not in the area. The manager on duty stated it was not allowed and there is nothing they could do. Now I'm an hour away, unable to resolve the problem. If I was informed correctly in the afternoon, this wouldn't be an issue. I understand policy, but this is a joke. I gave her permission. What gives them the right to override my decision to allow my child to see a movie. That's the story, the reason for the 1 star can now be explained easily by management not honoring a decision made by another Manger. Funny, I thought the movie theater industry was struggling. I thought they would try to accommodate rather than fight me. Easy decision for the future, stay home and watch your movies, much...
