Went here Thursday August 28th around noon the girl in her 30s in a hoodie and the blonde guy were outside the front of the store smoking cigarettes right by the door. With the music so loud inside you could hear it from the parking lot. Went inside and they all came inside didn't wash hands or anything the young blonde girl who was very professional and extremely apologetic took our order, we went and sat at a table. The blonde guy and girl in her 30s turned the music up so loud we couldnt talk without yelling. after our order was taken the blonde guy was dancing at the grill with his arms in the air shaking his hips and singing. We went outside because we found it borderline disturbing. We came back in when one of our orders was ready and asked if they could turn the music down. The two of them had a pile of random stuff on the table outside the door and gave off a very unprofessional attitude. Us and one other gentlemen were the only customers. The floor was absolutely disgusting, half of the drink choices were empty, the wall behind the juice thing was splattered and dripping down the wall which was gross, the tables were filthy and the lids area had 4 lids in the holder for the lids that looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I found it amazing that they had time to sit outside and smoke cigarettes and do nothing while the inside of the place was in the condition it was in. The young blonde girl again came and apologized and made sure everything was OK. I let her know that we would be notifying the board of health about the condition of the store and the atmosphere of hearing lady gaga blasted through the speakers and told her she was fine and thanked her. I have watched this place go from a clean neat place where everything comes out uniform to a place that lacks cleanliness and lacks any type of pride in the way the...
Read moreI will give my honest review here . I do not agree with the fact that the salt was not kosher and that the restaurant was not diverse enough to accept my nutritional needs. Because I’m of Jewish decent, I only eat kosher salt because normal salt upsets my tummy. Me and my wife Miriam thought the food was good, but they didn’t have what I was expecting. I wanted a gefilte shake (it’s basically a lukewarm carrot on a day old slab of fish with some gravy). But they did not offer that. Usually at my local Hebrew café we get gefilte shakes for a few cents per oz. . Also asked for burger to be on a kosher everything bagel and instead of the regular sauce that came with it I wanted margarine and the chefs refused. I fought against them with my pennies and lost miserably. So when the food came out the burger looked desheveled and nothing like the Jewish dinner logs that my Oma cooked for me when I was a youngster. From now on I will only be eating from my local Cracker Barrel because they offer a kosher-friendly menu/environment. Do NOT come here if you are looking for an authentic Jewish meal/ and or Jewish-dinner-log. We were coming here after my nephew’s bris. He is 8. I do not know how to change the ratings but I would like it to be known that that is not my rating. By the way we...
Read moreThe food was great really really good the kitchen was a little messy but it's a restaurant what do you expect? The only thing I can complain about is the one employee Amanda I believe was her name from what the young man told me while the young man I believe he said his name was Devin and his mom's name was Linda. Why they were working as quickly and as efficiently as they could Doing a really good job. the one employee kept walking away and outside the building for long periods of time leaving the two of them to deal with everything. screaming and yelling outside the restaurant cursing up a storm extremely making me and my wife uncomfortable from what I was experiencing she barely did anything making time extremely slow and catching an attitude for no reason just because the young man was doing his job with the young man telling me that other people have complained about her too with nothing being done. Once again with all the work the young man and his mother did all By themselves I personally think they deserve a raise and that managers or supervisors need to talk to their employees and maybe think...
