Absolutely wonderful experience. Our salesman Cosmo was world class. Very knowledgeable about the products and credit options. He was extremely helpful in getting us into the right bed for our comfort needs and didn't pressure is at all to go pricier. He was genuinely a nice person who cares about my daughter getting a pain free night sleep. Definitely ask for Cosmo when you go in!!!! He's the best kind of salesperson: one who knows how to give service and information without hovering or pressuring. As for the beds: We went in to replace a bed we paid a fortune for only 6 months ago from Reymour and Flanigan which was comfy in the showroom but ugh a nightmare to sleep in ( or not also in since you rod and turn all night from pressure points all in an overpriced supposedly high end bed). I was pleasantly suprised by Mattress firm!!! They have a great selection for all price points and I cannot believe the deal I got for this dream of a bed. I was skeptical about the whole "no credit needed" thing and expected a catch or to pay a highly marked up price but it was so easy to apply in store, very fair pricing and if you pay it off in 90 days there's ZERO interest. If you need longer to pay you can go out to 12 monthly payments. They have great quality name brand beds for all comfort levels and budgets with extremely reasonable repayment options and a fantastic salesman, Cosmo. What more can you ask for??? Read morePurchased adjustable king size bed and mattress. Had the mattress for less than 2 yrs and a spring broke inside the mattress and well within the warranty period. We have an email trail w/ customer support w/ multiple sets of pictures (what they required) which clearly shows deformed area of broken spring. Customer service dragged this problem on constantly asking for different pictures and info. We supplied everything that was asked for but they simply stopped communicating. We have evidence w/ pages of emails back and forth. The MF store is less than a mile from Our home and We’ve asked a Rep to come and investigate the damage. This is definitely a warranty covered flaw and MF Customer Service horrendously did Us a terrible disservice. We will be forced to look for a new mattress for the adjustable bed as My Spouse already had medical back issues which have gotten worse b/c of this defective mattress. This Mattress Firm and employees have found the perfect balance, of, being available for help, and, NOT being intrusive. Came in to get help in a much needed mattress, as my old one was coming up on it's sixteenth birthday 🥳, and, was becoming a torture device for me to sleep on. I am to begin chemotherapy soon for my cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis spread to my pancreas and stomach & lymph nodes. A new mattress was essential. Immediately upon entering the store we were greeted by both, Elijah and Erica and allowed to walk around, and asked if we would like assistance. I tried many a tempurpedic, and other mattresses, and settled on a Purple brand. Smooth and uncomplicated purchase from a super helpful Erica (having to guide many a phone call from other store employees due to computer programming changes, GREAT 👍 WORK ERICA YOU DESERVE A RAISE), to, the sale by Elijah and his kind and helpfulness in answering all our questions.
