I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hummus Republic with my partner, and we were truly impressed by their chicken shawarma bowl and mushroom shawarma bowl.

I initially came for just the hummus and pita chips, but after my partner tried the hummus tzatziki sample, She was inspired to build a bowl and I joined her. The chicken shawarma, complemented by the garlic jalapeño sauce and a drizzle of Grandma's hot sauce, created a delightful harmony of flavors and textures. On the vegan side, the mushroom shawarma bowl was a great medley of flavors, with no clashes - perfectly seasoned sautéed mushrooms and the cous cous proved to be an acquired texture.

Place is neat. Last night I had Earth Burger and since I came home last night my stomach has been hurting very bad. I have taken medication 5 times since then but still it hurts badly.

I don’t know what went wrong. Whether there Falafel patty in the burger was stale or gone bad or salad gone bad. I have never gotten such kind of stomach ache in my life.

I want Hummus Republic to look into it and check what went wrong. I want Hummus Republic to have their food quality check. I want them to check all the ingredients kept in the kitchen are fresh stale or expired.

Delicious bowls, wraps, and lemonade, and excellent service. I don't usually go for wraps, but here, it's amazing. With custom tasty choices and unlimited toppings and an outer wrap with a great texture and flavor, this spot really satisfies! In fact, my wrap lasted and held up for 2 meals. I was really impressed with their hummus and spreads (harissa, roasted eggplant, olive, feta, and more) and protein choices like beef and lamb gyro, lemon chicken, falafel, plus more and their lemonade flavor choices of mango, tumeric ginger, cucumber jalapeño, and strawberry- none of which were too sweet.
