Hubby's burger was simple, plain and well done. The speedy kitchen prepared it in almost 45 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. When his burger arrived, it was pink, a far cry from well done; possibly closer to medium. He sent it back.
I had long finished my dinner before his burger was back, twenty five minutes later, it came out, fully cooked this time.
However, when the bill arrived, there wasn't even a discount or a sincere apology from the server. When I looked at the bill and saw the burger listed, I asked why there was no discount. I would expect a server to deduct 10% or the price of the menu item. If he couldn't do it himself, I would hope that he would bring it to the manager's attention with an explanation of what happened. Lack of attentiveness

You know the old saying: the restaurant is only as clean as the washrooms...The one I was in needed ATTENTION and a DEEP CLEANING. • Toilet paper was out on three of the four possible rolls, •The fire detector was hanging off the wall with wires hanging out, •There was evidence of the toilet seat not being cleaned in a long time, and •The toilet bowl, itself, needs a good scrub especially around the rim. If that doesn't do the trick, a new tank should be installed. I have pictures to back up my statements
Speaking of washrooms, they are located at the top of the stairs and while I didn't look in every corner, I couldn't find an accessible ramp. I assume there must be a ramp as there is a designated washroom for people with accessible needs. Drawback: the changing table was in there as well -...
Read moreI had a lovely lunch watching the Red Sox game win over MN in my own booth at the Westford Ninety-Nine's. I was was greated well, and I was seated in a booth close by the door. My server Christina was so personable, and welcoming, and very efficient. She tooked my order, and got it all right. She checked on me several times. Very upbeat and cordial. She got me processed out very efficiently to get me to my appointment.
On a side note. I'm pretty impressed with the 99's when others are viciously cutting corners for $'s, and going for canned and boxed food, and charging high side costs on that crap. We can tell & we know who you are! The 99's seems to not to be following that path currently, and it's refreshing. The thick slice turkey is amazing, real made mashed potato, with nice gravy. The corn is frozen to hot with butter. The stuffing very authentic. The honey biscuit pretty darn tasty. It's all for a special reasonable cost Monday thru Wednesday. Along with there Teriyaki chicken & Steak are also very good and tasty. Thankfully, I have a 99's near me and I have been taking advantage of those special priced meals as take out from time to time, and the food take out was the same consistency/quantity as my sit down meal. I would suggest if you haven't been to the 99's in a bit please give them...
Read moreWe came for dinner for the first time and after we left I noticed that my card was missing. I was panicked because I’ve had a bad experience with my card being stolen before and I called to see if we had left it there. The first two times I called someone picked up the phone and hung up on me.
I tried one more time and then I was placed on hold so that they could check with the manager. After 15 mins another person picked up the phone and I let her know I had been waiting for the manager and she apologized and placed me back on hold.
I was trying to be patient because I know everyone is understaffed and it was around their closing time but 30 mins later they hung up on me again. This was way past closing time but I tried calling one more time and lo and behold the manager finally picks up and knows right away what I was calling about. I politely asked why they had hung up after letting me stay on hold for 40 mins and the manager said he didn’t know why.
Super frustrating experience and I would not dine here again just knowing how they treat customers. Anywhere else in Westford is better to give your...
