Let's start at the beginning: when ordering, I had to repeat my order three times even though I was speaking very clearly, loudly and slowly. I ordered a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. Finally my order gets placed correctly. Next, I wait. Looks like it's going to be a long wait, because there are at least 20 people waiting in front of me for their orders. 30 minutes (yes 30) pass and very little people have been called for their order who are waiting. At this point I'm considering cancelling my order and getting a refund. The employees are yelling at each other, and one of the employees is almost in tears. It is not a very pleasant wait. Suddenly, out of the blue my order gets called, surprisingly ahead of many of the others who had been waiting longer than me. I felt bad for the other customers as I squeezed past them, verified that it was my order they called, grabbed my order and headed home. When I got home I was very disappointed to discover that I received a plain cheeseburger with absolutely no toppings. What a waste of time and money. Everyone is their extremely helpful because I am highly allergic to peanuts, so I have to go in. I have to wear gloves. I have to have them do their things differently with the bagging, and they always always always accommodate, so unfortunately that there are boxes of peanuts because I can’t stand in certain parts of the restaurant. Because if I breathe it. I’m gonna end up sick. I can’t differentiate through. Uber eats till getting penalized. Read moreThis past Saturday night (7.12.25) Mike, Andrew, Eric, and the “cool dude” who handed us our meal at the end (sorry I forgot his name). We came in 3 adults and 2 kids at the last few minutes of closing and they all gave generously of their time to make sure we were fed. Mike at the register even gave our kids a cup with free sodas while we waited as he recognized how restless we were after shopping with the kids. Our burgers and fries seem to be made extra good than normal. The best part was that this dude came in at 10:01pm and Mike told him well technically we’re closed and looked back to Eric on the grill And still Eric quickly told him, “I got you!” And that dude also looked as hungry and grateful as we did lol.
