Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle — Restaurant in Westlake

We stopped by the newly opened 10 Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle, now beautifully renovated in the former Zoup space and it’s already a standout. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with soft, relaxing music and a choice of booths, chairs, or stools to suit your mood. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a comforting meal, the space feels thoughtfully designed. Our Order Chicken Katsu Don Juicy, perfectly cooked chicken paired with a rich, savory Katsu sauce. It was simple, satisfying, and executed flawlessly. All-in-One Chicken Rice Noodles This dish was the star of the show—a warm, nourishing bake with a slow-cooked broth and a generous mix of mushrooms. The noodles were tender and light, soaking up the broth’s depth beautifully. It’s the kind of comfort food that feels like a hug in a bowl. Strawberry Mango Mojito Bright, refreshing, and surprisingly balanced. The fruit combo worked perfectly, and we’d absolutely order it again. Bubble Waffle (no photo, but worth mentioning) Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. A fun and tasty finish to the meal. Even though they’ve just opened, everything was flawless. From the food, to the service, to the steady stream of happy customers dining in and picking up orders. We’d gladly reorder every dish we tried, but we’re also excited to explore more of the menu next time.

Verdict: 10/10. Warm vibes, delicious food, and a space that is inviting....

Brand new spot in Westlake with a great vibe, super friendly staff, and a clean, modern interior. The food comes out lightning fast, which is perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

We started with the spicy crab salad appetizer – fresh and delicious with just the right kick. The crab Rangoon, on the other hand, were pretty generic, so we’d probably skip those next time.

The highlight was definitely the spicy noodle soup. While it’s labeled “very spicy,” we found it just right – sitting perfectly at the top end of our comfort zone. One of the fun parts is customizing your bowl by adding proteins and veggies. We went with the sliced beef this time, though next time we’d go for the brisket – the beef had a bit more fat than we’d prefer.

Drinks were a nice touch too – I had the orange tea, and my dinner companion had the strawberry. Both were refreshing and complemented the meal well.

Overall, a great first experience with lots of potential. We’ll definitely be back to explore more...

Lovely experience from the people that work there and flavorful food. My order was to go, and it was amazingly packaged in a unique spill proof way and in a thermal bag! I got the hot pot all in one sliced beef rice noodles. Better than any Pho I have had in the city of Cleveland! So Flavorful. The one thing that prevented a 5 star was the beef had quite a bit of fat on it which was a bit of a bummer, but pieced that didn’t were really good. I think I would order something different every time I go there as I waited for my food I saw many amazing and unique things being delivered to tables and people there were raving about their food. I wish this new restaurant well..and kudos as they just opened and...
