The LEGO® Store Crocker Park — Local services in Westlake

I liked the store, mostly. This is tye new format, with the transparent pick a brick cases, and a 100% different build a minifig station. I did not like that the station seemed to be completely mixed, parts wise, but it is what it is. Not the fault of the store staff etc, but I am Not a fan of the stores like this one that are in an exterior-facing plaza, with no ready parking. There were spots right out front, but only 2-3 vehicles really. The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. I learned that Apparently, new stores get Lego Passport stickers before they get a stamp. I don't understand why, as it just seems like if the stamps were ordered slightly sooner in the store opening process, that would not...

The store was immaculate and it was a lot bigger than we anticipated. With it being on a strip of other stores, it looks like it would be very small. Of the three on the state, this one is the second largest (Beachwood is biggest and Columbus is smallest).

The staff were super friendly and the store was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. There was so much floor space that they probably could have fit a few more displays or islands of product. It's definitely worth the trip if you're going to be...

This was my first time setting foot in a BRICK-and-mortar (pun intended) LEGO store, and I was BLOWN AWAY. I was a LEGO kid growing up, but now that I am a dad and have a son of my own it was such an amazing experience. Dave the employee who greeted us at the door was so friendly and helpful, he directed us right to the duplo section of the store. The store itself was immaculate and the displays were very neat.
