Arby's — Restaurant in Westland

DRIVE THRU- I went there a week ago and asked for a Market fresh Turkey Ranch & Bacon WITH Banana peppers. I also got 2 roast beef sliders and a fry. The sliders were smashed in the bottom of the bag, my fries spilled all over bag, and my sandwich didn't have the banana peppers I asked for or the crispy onions it comes with. I called and they said they would replace it if I brought receipt and said I talked to Julie, the manager. I went there tonight and got the replacement order I was promised. I asked for the same sandwich with banana peppers. Julie was very rude and snappy with me at the window. Handed me my bag and tried to walk away without giving me my drink. Thus is the 3rd time I have visited this location and been missing things from my order. I have a family of six so drive thrus don't usually appriciate me going through the bags at the window. 2x now we have ordered French dip and not gotten the au just dipping sauce. When I called to tell the manager we are late from something and unable to come back but don't even want them without the sauce his response was....."they are still plenty good sandwiches without the au jus" really????? Did you actually just say that? I'd like to decide what I like to eat myself thank you and I to often I have given your restaurant FREE MONEY to not receive my orders. Tighten up Wayne rd. I went to Arby's on Wayne Road for dinner. The store was clean. I was greeted when I walked in. I attempted to order via the mobile app before I came in, but wasn't able to complete the process. The cashier (a younger man, I forgot his name) kindly walked me through the process and I was able to complete my order. He was very knowledgeable about the app, the food and specials. He was courteous and had a smile. I ordered the double roast beef and cheddar meal with curly fries, mozzarella sticks and lemonade. My order was ready within a few minutes.
