FUNBOX WESTLAND — Attraction in Westland

Booked for my son’s third birthday party, when we arrived everything was deflated. A gentleman approached and asked if we were the birthday party and we confirmed, he walked away to speak to another car and came back and said their generator broke and was unsure when/if one would arrive today. I asked how long they have been done and he stated 10 mins, we later found out that was a lie the party was for 3pm and they went down around 1/2pm so they had plenty of time to contact us before we got there. He offered we move the party to the next day (unrealistic to expect a party to move when people were in en-route) or a refund. I requested a refund so we could figure out another plan. If they have minus point i will give them that .they are very rude all the staff were rude .first when i ask them closing and opening time they tell me its 4.20 to 7.20. They did not mention me about any session or vip and at 6 they ask us to leave because you guys dont have vip pas . When i ask them a question my kids were eating snow cone and the lady ask us to leave in very rude behavior that u guys even sit here .i ask them we just buy it let them eat we will leave after we will not go in bouncy house but she was very rude and telling us to leave . I purchased tickets for 2 sets of grand kids for Saturday/Sunday. They had so much fun.. Saturday was so hot though.. Area was clean even the Porta potty which was much appreciate. Thr staff was great polite and seem to enjoy their job and kids. I can't say enough about Tony...I'm thinking he's a manager. He was top notch in my book great customer service and willing to assist customers. Hope you can come back to Westland or Wayne MI area in early fall and weather not so hot.
