Disclaimer*This is an old forgotten drafted review. I'm posting because I hope they are getting back to the nice establishment it once was. This place was a very nice choice for any adult that may need a nice place to walk in and take a few children to play and just simply be a kid. Also this place was great for anyone that needs a place to give a small do-it-yourself party! They provide the venue, so the party host can tweak all of the other details to their liking. We held a birthday party there and what's nice was that you get your own designated party section so that the party and food can simultaneously occur. There was no need to leave 1 area for eating and go to another area to watch the children play. We were surrounded by 2 other parties, they were both so nice, it was almost like one big party! We socialized and shared with each other, it really worked out for us! The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because there was no working bathroom to use. In order to use the bathroom guests had to take a long walk through the mall. Also they had 2 areas that were considered rides, they were nice, I just feel like they were a little overpriced without party tokens, but overall it was a nice place to have a young child's birthday party. If they maintain and improve some of these factors, I would definitely go...

Went here today for a birthday party and I nearly died at how gross this place was! It was so filthy! There is a water pool of disease in this place! The pool has a gravy brown like substance in the bottom of it! You can’t tell me that thing is cleaned every day. There is no way! That pool is gross! I’m sure my daughter will develop pink eye over night bc she got splashed from the water. The little play area with plastic bricks and small toys for children were coated in nasty black dirt. There were kids with no socks on, gross and shame on the parents for letting them. Then my child likes to be the kid to check everything out and she kept trying to go behind the blow up bounce houses and nearly injured herself bc there was no boundaries to prevent her from doing so, that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. General cleanliness was just horrible! Who lets this place run so filthy!!! To the floors, the walls to the play areas! The people who run this place need their head examined if they think this is appropriate. Just gross. And I’ll say it again! No way is this grossness from a “busy” Friday night. The owner was very thoughtless, yes its $10 for 2 hours, ( but $5 per train ride , and $5 per bumper cars , so you basically just pay $10 to jump 2 hours,or one in my case)but because my daughter begged to go while just strolling the mall, there was supposed to be 2 hours left( google says they close at 8 ) he actually closed it down at 7 instead , and charged me the full 10 and forced her to ride a train she didn’t prefer to ride . At the last 20 minutes before closing my son who is 7 went to jump with my 5 year old because there was no other kids( it was empty) … the owner actually said I had to pay the full 10 for 20 min smh, but that’s not what bothered me , it was the fact that he said I CAN JUMP WITH HER BUT MY KID CANNOT , so I had to get in with her while my son sat and watched, who does that to a child( no humanity… just thoughtless!) sorry I’m not just rolling in the dough to give you $10 for 20 minutes … it would have been fair had I just paid the 10 for 2 , for the hour.May be cool for a bday, but not just individual play, maybe that’s why the place was empty.As for me , will never...
