Carlos' Mexican Restaurant is an absolute gem when it comes to savoring the most mouthwatering and authentic Mexican cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their steak and chicken fajitas, and I must say, they were absolutely phenomenal.
The steak fajitas were a succulent masterpiece, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Each tender bite was a delightful symphony of smoky grilled beef, complemented by the vibrant mix of sautéed peppers and onions. The seasoning was just right, allowing the natural essence of the steak to shine through and tantalize my taste buds.
Equally impressive were the chicken fajitas. The grilled chicken was incredibly juicy and tender, marinated in a delectable blend of spices that added a delightful kick. Paired with the sizzling skillet of colorful bell peppers and onions, the flavors harmonized beautifully, creating a true fiesta of taste.
The fajitas at Carlos' Mexican Restaurant were not only a treat for the palate but also a feast for the eyes. The sizzling platters arrived at the table, emitting a tantalizing aroma that instantly transported me to the heart of Mexico. The vibrant presentation only heightened my anticipation, and each bite exceeded my expectations.
Moreover, the attentive and friendly staff at Carlos' Mexican Restaurant ensured a truly memorable dining experience. From their warm welcome to their genuine enthusiasm in recommending other menu items, their hospitality added an extra layer of satisfaction to the already incredible meal.
Whether you're a fan of sizzling steak fajitas or crave the delightful flavors of chicken fajitas, Carlos' Mexican Restaurant is the place to be. Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience I have ever received in life!!!!!! I am furious. I live 15 minutes away from the establishment but was in hopes of recieving good food and good service but obviously that didn't go as planned. After getting home from picking my food up I open the container and first realize that portions were very small. I excused it in hoping that the food would at least be good cause then I would ignore it. However after tasting the food I noticed it was missing sour cream and it's was mediocre so at that point I decided to call. When I called she told me she could credit me .50 cents for the missing sour cream. I then expressed that I would prefer to just return it. She didn't even ask if I wanted it remade. Upon my arrival I explained I just want a refund. My meal was $9.28. She told me because ONE of the tacos was half eaten they would just be able to refund me $7.22. Just no the tacos are small anyhow. After driving wasting my time and gas your telling me this!!!!! I have never felt so insulted!!! She made it seem as if I was trying to get over on them which is something I would never do being a business owner of two restaurants myself. Then I said well it was made wrong so why wouldn't I get my refund? She then stated that it wasn't made wrong. Then I said as advertised on the website it should have sour cream so it was made wrong. She continues to try and argue with me that it was made right just without sour cream. Then I asked for a manager for her to tell me she was the manager. So I asked for the owner who was not there. She continued with a nice nasty attitude. I sure didn't appreciate going back in forth which noticeably interrupted the customers dining in. The manager was very...
Read moreFood is decent. I had chips & salsa for $1.50 (not free like some places) and they had a spicy salsa, which was my preference. The can of pop was $2.30 (no refill). I also had the enchilada combo (sour cream and guacamole would have been extra), which was tasty but unremarkable. For dessert, I had flan (ordinary). The service was pleasant and the food arrived quickly at the appropriate temperature. The restaurant seemed relatively clean.
The check was misleading. There's no subtotal, and the sales tax isn't printed on the check. There's a total in large font, and then a "cash discount," followed by the cash price and suggested tip amounts. However, when I did the math and asked the waitress, the total for the food and sales tax is actually the amount displayed as the cash price. The so-called "cash discount" is really a credit card fee. I didn't mind paying a credit card fee, but I was annoyed to see it described as a discount, and uncomfortable with the waitress's inability to explain beyond "I just work here." If they called it a fee and show the tax and subtotal, it wouldn't seem...
