Perfect example of poor customer service and a waste of money!!! I used to like this place I was frequently ordering from bahama bucks. Lately it jas not been so grea the last few times were a complete waste of money. Lately (the last 3) times I encountered multiple issues/: forgetting obvious ingredients such as shark attack minus the sour sauce, adding bahama rna and not receiving it, and recovering wrong drink. I go in next visit and purchase 7 drinks 2 of em had holes in the cups and didnt realize it until I was home. Called the store to speak with someone and get placed on hold until I had no choce but to hang up. Finally the very last day I receive the most horrible terrible drinks over $50 gone. II complained via the " contact is " email cards "(online)and clearly never heard back 25tWith the price I would expect better service. This business will definitely provide customers wth LACK OF EMPATHY IGNORE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK INADEQUATE TRAINED EMPLOYEES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE ON EMPLOYEES. Absolutely amazing, fresh squeezed lemonade; probably my favorite ever and I've tried a lot. My biggest gripe would be that the 24 oz lemonade seems like it really only has like 6-8 oz of actual drink in it; most of the rest being just ice and a small portion of the fruit they add.

The other downside is that I have been the only customer waiting in line with a fairly empty lobby before, and have had to wait for a while just to be acknowledged and have my order taken. I don't mind waiting, but it would at least be nice to have a "we'll be right with you".

The location itself appears to be fairly clean in customer areas. Prep areas behind the counter might get messy but never seem dirty which I appreciate.

Very busy, but the options are delicious and endless

Came back the next day and it was a 30 minute wait before we would have our order taken. We were only 4th deep in the line. Another customer was complaining that it was taking too long and made it a point to make it known that she was mad. One of the employee's was kind to her and explained that they were overwhelmed with online orders and that was why it was taking so long. I can see how that would be an issue. Perhaps a solution for this could be having a staff member or two be only responsible for the online orders that way the customers in store can also be equally as important.
