Initially the staff was very nice, we had talked with a few different employees over a couple months. But after we bought our rings when we go for cleanings we get a weird attitude from the staff. Like "oh you are just here for a cleaning..." with looks like "you suck you aren't going to get me any commission from a cleaning". They also are very rude "A cleaning???!!!??? FOR WHAT????" umm this diamond ring on my wife's hand???? Really unprofessional after the sale.

Also the other issue I have is that they tell you to check the credit offerings, which we did. We could have bought it outright, but what is the downside on a 12 month no interest loan if you pay it off within 12 months? Yes this is partly my fault, but their creditor will set your payments to be so that you DON'T pay it off in 12 months, you suddenly get an email saying "You will owe interest from the purchase date if you dont pay your balance by the end of the month!" Total scam! I should have done the math yes, but I figured they would set it so you paid it off by the end of the 12 months, but NOPE! You will end up still owing thousands by the time the 12 months comes up if you only do the recommended payments. Luckily I can afford to just pay the thousands owed, but a lot of people might not be able to, and then you just got another $1000 in interest calculated from the start of your purchase.

I met Rick last year while shopping. He and David were very helpful and educated me on a couple of items. I then had my wife come to the store with me, where we proceeded to purchase a couple of new rings. We also purchased the Helzberg Lifetime warranty on those rings. We live closer to the Park Meadows store and on several occasions had those rings cleaned and inspected. They are in great condition, and look beautiful. I find this store and its employees to be very professional, and understand their business as well as Helzberg. I shop before I buy diamond rings, earing or bracelets, and I have found the prices at this store to be very competitive, and the quality of the jewelry and reputation of Helzberg to be outstanding. I would suggest to anyone who is looking for nice jewelry to shop around and then head to the Premium Outlet stores and visit Helzberg. Thank you...

I stopped in because I saw a sign saying they had pre-owned Rolex's. I am a Rolex enthusiast and owner and decided to check out what they had. They had 2 older two tone Submariners with 5 digit references and some lady pieces. The 2 Submariners obviously had aftermarket bezel inserts that were so obviously aftermarket and non genuine that it was embarrassing. I raised concern over the fake bezel inserts and the pushy salesman pushed back. I didn't want to take it any further, but believe me the inserts were fake and terrible. The watches were badly over polished as well. The prices were hysterical, almost $19k for a 2 tone 5 digit Submariner with a fake bezel and over polishing. I was so embarrassed for the store and the pushy salesmen. You can buy this watch all day long at $9k in today's market. I would stay VERY far away from this store if you want a 2nd hand Rolex....
