Genova's To Go — Restaurant in Westminster

It's both good and bad. The pizza is good but way overhyped and far more expensive than it should be. It's not on my list of places that people must try when they visit me or a steady go-to when I'm in the mood for pizza solely due to it being over-priced (not quite Ledo's over-priced... not comparing the pizza, just referencing the cost). Have had a few errors with orders, I understand places get busy but when 10% of my orders have something wrong it seems like a bigger issue is at play.

Time should always be a factor for a pizza place, I've worked in several and understand the rush as things get busy, this however, is not what I'm talking about. I have ordered a pizza for carryout over the phone, arrived 10 minutes later, and by some miracle my pizza was ready; I have also ordered in person and stood around for 45 minutes waiting to be told my pizza was accidently sent out with a delivery... the solution, the driver came back with my now frigid pizza. I live outside of city limits so the ability to order delivery is always a good thing but we go back to the issue of time. An estimated delivery window should be accurate, if someone tells me they'll be 45 minutes but take 1.5 hours I'm not happy, same to be said if you tell me 1.5 hours and you're there in 45 minutes. It makes me wonder how long my food has sat on the shelf getting cold because that estimated time is just thrown out there to get me...

The best meat lovers pizza around and always constant luv the chico fries the only reason I didn't give five stars would be coming down to basically consistency in service. The cheese steak is awesome the roll is large and the only complaint would be the amount of steak doesn't ALWAYS cover the roll a smaller roll or when we PAY for extra meat onion etc (i once was given 2 peices of onion even after asking for extra onions) ALWAYS GIVE EXTRA but luv the bun the chico fries sometimes is burnt to the container even when asked to not have them over cooked again the cheese sauce is not consistent even when asked to give extra cheese sauce same goes for sides if you ask and are willing to pay for them they should be given we have asked them to try to solve the only misgivings but sometimes they step up and sometimes they don't so we don't order the extras any more the delivery is way to long but it always is hot and fresh and never sweaty when...

The owner/manager was so rude to me and my kids it was embarrassing. If you want no children in your restaurant then you should put a door on your sign. My children stayed in their seats didn't yell or jump around didn't throw things didn't spill things on the floor. They talked at a raised volume compared to adults. But they sat in their seats at their table didn't talk to other customers etc. I can't believe how rude the guy was. Unacceptable. This isn't a fancy restaurant. This isn't even a regular restaurant. It's a pizza and sub shop. The whole experience is a turn off. We've had a few comments over the years from the same guy but today felt much harsher. I always tip and come relatively often but feel like we are no longer welcome. Will remember that in the future and share that info with my friends with kids.
