Update 10/2/2018 - They have definitely gotten a lot better. I am impressed with the turn around they have made as far as staff goes. The one thing that I feel really needs improvement is they’re not consistent as far as product quality and taste goes. I always tend to get the same thing and it’s a classic smoothie, depending on who makes it , it will taste different every time I go. Sometimes it is super icy, not blended properly, and not as flavorful and sometimes it’s perfect. That just seems weird to me since I always assume they go by the same recipe each time so I don’t understand how the taste is always different. Other than that? They have improved Over the last few months.
*Original review As a company I love Jamba Juice and have been eating and drinking here since I was 10 (I’m 27). Unfortunately I only live near this location.... I visit here anywhere from 1-4 times a week and have for the last 5 months, but I hate coming to this location. This review is a 2 only because the drinks and the bowl I get when they are done correctly they do taste good, but
This review is strictly based on the workers at this location, they’re horrible. They’re always rude, I can honestly say I’ve never once had a pleasant experience with any employee there. Instead of helping each other out if one isn’t doing something correctly, they will watch them do it wrong, hand it to me and then I have to tell them the correct way and wait for a correct one. I’m constantly watching people that order after me get their orders first. They’re constantly forgetting things, they charge me for things that I didn’t get, they’ve forgotten multiple times when I have a coupon, and they’ve just plain forgot to make it more than once too. I understand that it’s a minimum wage job, but it’s every singe time I go in the people are rude, I have to watch them when they make my stuff or it’s usually not done right, and I always wait a minimum of 10 mins every time I order, No matter if it is busy or not.
If my love for Jamba Juice wasn’t so strong I’d stop coming, but I’ve been obsessed and addicted to this place for over 15 years. I can’t stop coming, but I did feel that someone should know that they need to do a crash training in customer service. It’s needed...

I walked in this evening and all the stools were already stacked on top of the counters and machines all cleaned out. The two young men behind the counter were less than inviting and acted very reluctant to make me a drink. I asked if they could juice some lemons and make me a lemonade but the young heavy set guy with beard acted very reluctant telling me they had no sugar. I suggested he could just use honey and he responded with another EXCUSE telling me they may not have enough lemons. I asked if he could go check, once again he was very reluctant and when he came back told me he only had 5 lemons and therefore couldn't make my drink. Apparently he was saving the 5 lemons for someone more important so I left with only a...

But hold onto your straw, folks, because the real adventure begins in the parking lot. It's like a game of vehicular Tetris with those tight spots and that teeny tiny entranceway. Maneuvering my car in and out feels like a smoothie-drinking obstacle course, but hey, it's all part of the Jamba Juice experience, right?
Once inside, the store is as clean as a freshly blended smoothie - sparkling and inviting. Despite the parking lot shenanigans, the friendly staff and easy online ordering make it all worth it. So, grab your favorite straw and brace yourself for a refreshing Jamba Juice adventure... and maybe a parking lot puzzle or two. 🚗🍹 #SmoothieSagas...
