I live in walking distance to this location. Usually pretty happy with the service especially as one of their artist with glasses, long hair is vegetarian, positive attitude and goes out of his way to meet my special requests. However, today I left really upset and dissatisfied with the service and feeling unsafe to eat my sandwich which I should not have paid for. I am vegan and made special requests kindly for how I would like my sandwich made and this request was disrespected. I came in with my brother in law and daughter for three sandwiches. Waited for about two minutes while the sandwich artist was finishing some clean up but did not look our way or acknowledge us as they usually do with a hello or we will be right with you. The second employee came out from the back, no hat or hair coverage, bad attitude. Seemed to be angry or irritated. I understand having a bad day but it was not busy or fair to make us feel uncomfortable as if we were burdening them with our order. I felt he was irritated with my requests to make my sandwich separate from the meat sandwich as to not cross contaminate. He also seemed irritated when I asked him to toast my husband's bread seperate from toasting the meat and he left out of the bacon on his chicken bacon ranch. He was sloppy making my brother in laws wrap. The guy making my sandwich was told specifically to use a clean knife or no knife as the knives are used on meat sandwiches which i do not want touching. He ignored my request, wiped off veggies and said it's okay and used the still dirty knife on my sandwich. As vegan I am disgusted. I do not believe the same gloves should be used on the cheeses and veggies after touching meats due to contamination as well as the same dirty knife on all sandwiches. I felt rushed as I was naming condiments. I will not be placing an order with these two sandwich artists again. My wife is Vegan and usually gets the veggie with no cheese footlong she is usually really kind asking the sandwich artist in taking in consideration on keeping meat from cross contamination on her sandwich. The two gentlemen working at this time was very careless with her sandwich based on actions choose to ignore her kind request. My wife indicated a gentleman came out from the back room looking irritated that my wife, daughter and brother were even there attempting to put in a sandwich order. The irritated gentlemen help to other gentlemen make the rest of our sandwiches and he rushed through then with a strong tone in his voice saying is that all after request of each condiment request for each sandwich. My brother informed me he use to work at this location and the service was the worst, he never treated anyone with such poor service when he was working there as a supervisor. He told me the location was not even busy they were the only 3 there until order was submitted then 2 additional people showed up, he said their meat and veggies bins were not Replenished they were constantly have to stop what they were doing to replenish item. Read moreI extremely frustrated with this place, first I was trying to order a to go order online because I can not leave my office so I needed my co worker to pick up the food. But when It came to paying I was unable to complete the process, trying for a half an hour I gave up and called the store to see if I can place a to go order because I was unable to do so online, I was told no I needed to go in. (I worked at a subway for 4yrs, that's incorrect) so my co worker told me she would just go and try to make it back within the half hour lunch she had. She went to the store and told him the frustration we had online so he told her to keep the receipt and talk to the manager he would be able to refund us the money and what not. When the food arrived the food was ICE cold. (We work 5 minutes away) the meat wasnt even warmed up, the veggies were way to cold. So I called after work and spoke with the "manager" she just told me that they would check the food temperatures and the gm will give me a call.... 3 days later I get no call so I call in to talk to the same "manager" and she seemed so distracted and was kind of giggling and said the gm will call in a few days and took my name and number again.
