Not even kidding when I say this. I bought a combo meal and sat to eat it in the restaurant. A biggie bag with a Jr bacon cheeseburger, nuggets and a fry. I paid to make it large and after finishing the nuggets and some fries I realized the cash I used to pay was the cash I needed to do laundry. So I asked if I could just do a refund and then re purchase the same thing on a debit card and was given this stupid look as if I asked for something insane. I immediately gave up, and then asked to use the restroom. I left my remaining food at the table I was eating at and went to use the restroom. When I came out my food had 'mysteriously' vanished.... A bag with an empty thing of fries and an empty wrapper for a Jr bacon cheeseburger was a few feet from my seat, but since there was only an elderly couple eating inside at the time, I think it's safe to assume the immature staff was to blame.... Why they'd do something so ridiculous when I did absolutely nothing to them is beyond me. I've been suffering through homelessness and play ukulele downtown for tips and it's a rare and difficult thing for me to be able to afford getting fast food, and it really is a depressing thing knowing the majority of my purchase was taken from me for no reason other than some strange immature need to punish me for asking for a simple and harmless favor to allow me to be able to do laundry, something which is also a rare luxury for me these days. No matter what excuse they had to do this to me, it's such an inexcusable, childish, and embarrassing thing to do, and I really just hope people will find ways to make them work harder so they can learn some work ethic and not have any downtime to be able to play childish games like this. I've worked many jobs and interacted with countless employees in my life and can say I've never imagined there could be people of adult age who had the maturity level of elementary school children. But the real issue here is the fact that this place serves people food and these employees are comfortable messing with that food, and seem to enjoy doing so, for totally superficial reasons, and clearly feel no Remorse and find great joy in thinking they are able to do whatever they please with the food they serve customers. Be aware of this before trusting them. Worth noting is the fact they are an exclusively Hispanic Spanish speaking crew, making it a real likely possibility of these kind of immature games happening to you, especially if you cant speak or understand any Spanish at all. Definitely one of the most ridiculous experiences I have...
Read moreHave been to this location many times with my roommate. Chances are usually about 50/50 that the soda machine flavors will be fully stocked and that one or both machines will be dispensing warm soda since the kitchen staff takes ice from the machines all day for the drive thru ice maker, which is apparently broken. Today though, things were wrong on a whole other level. My roommate, who hardly ever eats a salad, ordered an apple-pecan salad. Since he so rarely eats a salad he didn't realize that it was supposed to have come with grilled chicken until I told him. He took the salad to the front counter and asked for some chicken for it. The shift supervisor told him "You always complain about something," and gave him another salad after arguing with him for a solid minute. As for my food, I ordered a double for dine in and watched as some other guy got a double to go. Something told me that he had just gotten my food. Sure enough, I soon saw my tray get added back to the stack on the counter. Then the supervisor asked me if I was waiting on a single and I told her no, it was a double and I think it just went out the door. She took the single cheeseburger out of the bag and had the sandwich maker add another patty to it. Instead of giving me a fresh burger, she took the single that someone else had ordered and had it added to. So not only did some dude get my burger, I got someone else's and then that third person had to wait even longer for their food. On top of all that, the lady that takes the orders at the front counter often gets swamped and none of the other employees will help her because she's white and they are not. The rest of them are too busy laughing and joking around in Spanish while leaving that little old lady to handle making drinks and keeping track of all the dine in orders all by herself, even when its super busy like it was today. Bottom line: don't go to this restaurant unless you want bad service, the wrong food, and to have the Hispanic employees talking crap about you. My roommate nor I will be returning to this Wendy's until most of the crew has been fired and replaced by...

Today, I had an unexpected experience at Wendy’s, and I just have to share it. I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that someone else had mistakenly taken my order! 😱 It was a bit surprising, but I asked to speak with the manager, and WOW — what a fantastic response! The manager and her team went above and beyond, immediately preparing my order again with the kindest attitude and utmost professionalism. 🙏🏽👏🏽
I couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled the situation. It’s rare these days to find a place where the team genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a positive experience, and Wendy’s definitely nailed it! 😊 This location in Westminster is always my go-to whenever I’m in town, and after today, I have even more reason to keep coming back.
The food? Incredible as always! 🍔❤️ Their burgers are deliciously juicy, the coffee ☕️ is on point, and the menu has something for everyone. Wendy’s is one of those places where you know the quality is always going to be top-notch.
A big thank you to the manager and the entire staff for not only fixing the issue but also making me feel valued as a customer. 🙌🏽 It was truly a five-star experience. And I’ll make sure I’m extra careful in the future to order on time ⏱️ and be present so this doesn’t happen again.
Thanks again to the amazing team here! You’re the reason I’ll be a Wendy’s customer for a long...
